Stayed Nov 7, 2025I never ever leave a bad review however the things in this home need to be updated. The refrigerator leaked water across the floor all weekend and the seal is poor in the freezer which caused things to thaw prematurely , the dishwasher has/had standing water in it, one of my family members sat in a chair around the fire pit and it broke down to the ground, the cots are broken and because we counted those as sleep accommodations we had to prop them up using the kitchen table chairs. The mattresses in the sleep sofas are so worn that you can’t sleep on them because you can feel the metal through the mattress and all of them are dirty with big liquid/possibly urine spots in them. The host was great as she responded to our needs immediately concerning not being able to ignite the fireplaces. The living room fireplace remote does not operate the fireplace and even though there is a hideaway key pad on the fireplace you wouldn’t know unless you know so instructions would be great. There are a lot of problems here but the time spent with family was the best, we made due with the accommodations that were provided.

Stayed Jun 18, 2025Had a great time at the location. Clean, accessible and well taken care of. TV we're slightly confusing but after 5 min we figured it out (Roku was pointing to fire TV when it should have been hopper TV I think - it was a different TV service than Amazon). The bunk beds could use a little TLC (they are slightly damaged) other than that seriously great place. The hot tub albeit a bit old and some jets not working still was a blast!Thank you we seriously had a great time. I'm saving this spot for our next broken bow visit!!!!

Stayed Dec 20, 2024Awesome house perfect for family vacation and close enough to feel away but not too far from the convenience of casinos and restaurants. We saw wildlife and enjoyed fires, hot tub, and s’mores. This was a fabulous Christmas getaway for our group.
