The house was in a prime location to anything you may need. It was in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very proactive with communication.

Cute remodel, but in need of basic maintenance. When we arrived after check-in time there was a maintenance man working on regrouting the main shower downstairs so we decided to stay in the upstairs room. There was no hot water upstairs, the host just kept telling us to make sure nobody else was using water then wait 30 minutes for it to reset (I shouldn’t have to wait to take a shower, plus it never got hot after waiting anyway). There was a water leak dripping from the ceiling into the main bedroom. The grassy landscape area you walk through between parking spots was completely full of poison ivy. We ended up leaving a day early. I attempted to work with the host but he was unwilling to help and refused to refund any portion of our money when the VRBO agent reached out to him.

We had a wonderful time staying in this cabin. There were 6 family members staying there for a whole week. It was a very clean and lovely cabin to stay in! However, the hot water heater is not big enough to accommodate that many people. I had to cut my shower short several times, which can be annoying. The air conditioner must have had an automatic setting for daytime use because it would get very hot in there during the day. The setting would go up on its own and we would have to lower it. Other than those minor things the cabin was wonderful.

We booked this cabin based on the pictures on the website. We were not disappointed. The cabin was gorgeous. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it had plenty of room for our small family reunion. Kenny, our host, made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit to the area. We would definitely stay there again.

The location of the cabin was great as a home base to explore the area and go to Dollywood. Nice quiet neighborhood and appreciated the nice dinning room to gather around the table to put puzzles together and play cards.

The furniture & comforters on the beds were covered in stains. Two of the bathrooms had mold/mildew in the shower. Microwave & top of the range were filthy. (I was told that someone would be sent to clean, but they never came. Fortunately, I always travel with Clorox wipes & Lysol, so I was able to clean that.) There is a large ceiling fan/light at the top of the stairs overlooking the den area. The remote didn't work, so we could not have the fan running unless the light was on. Since someone was sleeping in the open loft area , it got extremely hot at night. There were outlets that didn't work & one that was not even attached to the wall. Some of the sliding doors wouldn't close correctly. We had to go outside several times to reset breakers that had cut off. The air conditioning stopped working Wednesday night. I stayed behind in hopes that someone could come out Thursday to repair it. The service guy got it working late that afternoon, however, it then wouldn't cut off & reached 58 degrees. (I had even tried turning the system off.) Two of us had some work to do while we were on vacation. Unfortunately, the wifi/internet was out the entire week. We were advised to go somewhere that had internet service if we couldn't access a hotspot. Leaving 3 teens was not an option! There was no ability to watch anything on tv at night since the tv had to have internet access. I have been waiting for 1 1/2 weeks for the host to respond, Unfortunately my calls &

Thoroughly enjoyed our family get away. This cozy cabin had room enough for all, yet small enough to still bring us all together. It is close to all the attractions but still secluded. The property managers were easy to contact and quickly responded to any issue. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook in.

Our family celebrated our son's graduation with a long weekend trip. We had all the comforts of home at Mulberry. Great location just outside of town but close enough to all the attractions. The neighbors (several owners) were staying that weekend and were so nice and friendly.
