~ Primary Master Suite ~
Located on main level with KING BED & brand new high end mattress (firm) with luxury bedding. Private attached bathroom with updated shower and rich hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Wall mounted 65” Samsung TV with Disney Plus, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, and more! Access to the top deck is right outside your private bedroom sliding door along with mountain views from your bed! Outdoor fire pit and seating is also right out your door without having to travel through living room!

~ King Downstairs Suite ~
Located on 2nd floor with KING BED & high end mattress and luxury bedding. Bathroom with double vanity and soak bathtub/ shower. Also supplied with high end hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Wall mounted 55” TV with Disney Plus, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, and more! This room is located on 2nd floor next to game room, spa amenities, and private screened in porch.

~ Bunkbed Room “Starry Night” ~
Located on 2nd floor with 4 bunk beds. This room comes to life at night with stars in the ceiling to look like the galaxy. Your kids will absolutely love this room. Located next to game room and arcade.

The star of the show and exceptionally designed living area has very high Cathedral ceilings with natural wood finishes throughout. The A-frame and sunroom are both visible from the living area with views of mountains from every angle. Sit around our cozy fireplace with huge 65” flatscreen TV and bluetooth Sonos sound system! In the sunroom you have breathtaking views of Mt Le Conte + downtown Gatlinburg. The living space is connected to top balcony that has our fire-pit, outdoor dining table, outdoor grill, and lots of seating!!


★★ KITCHEN & DINING★★

This kitchen was important to us (wife and I are both chefs) in the remodel because some call it the heart of the home. We chose high end appliances and everything you’ll need for your culinary adventures. Well stocked with bowls, plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, blender, mixing bowls, paper towels, dish soap, grill utensils, and more! The dining room table can fit 8 people and also there is 4 barstool connected to kitchen counter for your use. There is another dining room table outside on the top deck (next to grill) that fits 6 people with large outdoor umbrella.


★★ GAME ROOM★★

The game room is fully loaded with fun including a pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, 65 TV, colored lighting in the ceiling, board games, chess, checkers, monopoly, and more!

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, which includes spacious screened-in patios and porches where you can unwind and take in the stunning surroundings. There are three parking spaces available for your convenience. Additionally, guests are welcome to enjoy the Chalet Village community pool and amenities, adding to the perfect getaway experience.

Our neighborhood is called Chalet Village. One of the safest and closest (less than 1 mile) neighborhoods to downtown Gatlinburg and the Great Smokey Mountain National Park. Chalet Village offers tons of amenities included 3 large heated pools, tennis courts, gym, and fun games for the kids all included with your stay.

Getting around town and the neighborhood is easy by car or bike depending on the season.

Before booking your stay, here are some important details you'll want to know about our cabin and the area in general:

Community Pool and Amenities: Guests will have access to three Chalet Village clubhouses—North, South, and Alpine. These clubhouses are family fun stations where registered guests can swim in heated swimming pools, enjoy recreational games, use the tennis courts, and participate in other activities not typically found at mountain summits. Passes are included in our cabin for your entire group to access these facilities.

BUGS: In the mountains of Gatlinburg, you might occasionally encounter some unwelcome critters. We maintain regular pest control, so you may come across pests that didn't survive our treatments.

HOT TUB & SAUNA: Please read the hot tub and sauna rules posted before entering. Use the hot tub and sauna AT YOUR OWN RISK!

NO SMOKING: A $500 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking inside the cabin is found.

OPEN FIRES: NO fireworks allowed in the city of Gatlinburg due to forest fires.

BLACK BEARS: We have a significant bear population in all of Gatlinburg, and sightings are quite frequent. Please use the bear-proof trash cans located at the end of the driveway for all trash disposal, and always keep your car doors locked. Bears here can open car doors to get any food left in car and potentially damage your car in the process.

CAMERAS: To ensure the security of our property, the cabin is outfitted with exterior cameras that capture both video and audio. Rest assured, there are no cameras directed towards or located inside the cabin itself.

PETS: We DO allow pets at our property. It’s worth noting the entire city of Gatlinburg has high bear activity, never leave your pets unattended outdoors for their safety of them and you. Bring pets at your own risk.

SEPTIC TANK: The cabin is on a septic tank. Only toilet paper can be flushed. No wet wipes, women’s products, or paper towels.

ACCESSIBILITY: During the winter months in Gatlinburg an All Wheel Drive (AWD/4x4) vehicle may be necessary to access the cabin. While the roads within the HOA are extremely well-maintained, they can be slippery due to ice / snow.
Please no parking on street. 3 car spaces available in driveway and 1 additional space is located at top of driveway next to road (graveled area next to street).
