The cabin is beautiful and it is in a great location. However, the third floor smelled strongly of dog and was completely unusable. I contacted the property manager and he offered to send a cleaner over. I refused, since I have a respiratory condition and I am sensitive to the over spraying of chemicals. 1/3 of our cabin smelled strongly of dog and my children could not even use the bathroom because of how strong the pet dander and odor was. They had plugins throughout the cabin along with an air purifier so clearly they were aware of how bad the odor was.

The amenities were very nice and it was very easy to get into the house. The communication with the hostess was very excellent. We did not use the hot tub or sauna during this visit but would love to do it next time.

This was a great cabin for a family vacation. Th amenities had something for everyone.

Falling Leaf Cabin was amazing. We were attending an event in the area and this cabin was a fantastic find. Everything went smoothly from reservations to check out. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful area and we enjoyed our stay.

The accommodations worked great for our group. When we had issues, the property manager was very responsive and even showed up to try to address the issue. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay there - the hot tub, the firepit, the pool table, the foosball, and especially the huge king size beds. It had a nice, warm cabin feel. We appreciated the fact that they had the cabin decorated for our Christmas stay. Our only disappointment was that the shower pressure was awful, just a trickle. Also the lights above the kitchen sink did not work.

Our family had a great time at Falling Leaf Lodge! The cabin was very clean and cozy and had plenty of room for all of us to spread out (4 adults and 3 kids). The kids especially loved the bunk beds and game room downstairs, and we all enjoyed the fire pit for s'mores and the trail out back where we were lucky enough to have a couple of deer sightings early in the mornings. Overall we had a lovely family weekend here, and we would definitely come back!

We were in the area to visit Dalonegha and Helen. Unfortunately two of the kids and two of the adults ended up sick. Better times next year!!

We loved our stay at Falling Leaf Lodge! This was our second time staying there. The proximity to Helen and great hiking was great! We enjoyed several pool tournaments and walking in the neighborhood too. The reason for 4 stars is the low water pressure, especially in the showers. Other than that, the layout, the games and the location were all great for our little family of four. Thank you!

I would definitely rent again! My husband and I stayed here for our daughter’s wedding at Yonah mountain Vineyards. It gave us a lot of peace and rest we needed! Clean and comfortable! Real mountain cabin feel. The Blue Creek Cabin staff were so friendly!

The house is just like what it looks like in the pictures. I would say that the little things need some attention. We got in late because we had a 10 and half hour drive so we only noticed some things the next couple of days. The kitchen oven needs to be cleaned thoroughly. The table to eat on is sticky because the varnish is not on it anymore. The pool table felt was really dusty and when trying to play on it with the bed on one side and the shelf on the other made it difficult to use the table. We found the towels had a funny smell to them after only one use to dry after showering. The outside firepit had a huge post in it that made lighting a good fire in it challenging. We would have liked to have been able to keep the windows open for fresh air while we were at the house but there are no screens. All in all we had a good time but my friend that slept upstairs was woken often during the night due to the acorns hitting the roof. Also, we could never find the light switch for the lights over the sink. Thank you.

Gorgeous property and cabin! Loved the privacy of each bedroom and how spacious the rooms were. The kitchen/living room were very family friendly and had everything we needed except a grill spatula for outside. We loved the sitting areas outside on each porch and around the fire pit, it was very cozy! I gave it 4 stars because the parking area was a safety concern for us. There was a drop off that was between the cabin and the parking area. We reminded each other of the drop off when we exited the vehicle. ☺️ Would definitely stay here again!

My brother booked this cabin for a sibling weekend gathering Close to all kinds of fun, including wineries, hiking/parks and Helen GA. All the amenities we needed, including Roku and WiFi, deck, beautiful woodland setting, and a clean hot tub. We had a great time. Thank you!

Clean, beautiful, quiet and relaxing.

We had three different generations and everyone had a great time. The cabin and all it provided made this possible. The location before the trip was my concern, but it was easy to get to Helen and Cleveland. We saw families of deer and birds. We will return to this cabin in the future.

Cabin was just as described. It was clean and we had everything we needed. We had a great time just hanging out playing pool, foosball and using the hot tub. Great weekend getaway celebrating my husband's 60th birthday!
