Stayed Apr 9, 2023We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Very comfortable for our family of 4 (although can accommodate more). The property looks as advertised, was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. My kids really loved the game room and the hot tub. We also took advantage of the shuttle at the bottom of the hill to get to Gatlinburg (and save $ to park). The location is also great between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 10, 2022This was my first VRBO experience so it will help me look at things closer in the future. It was on a busy highway so there was a lot of noise during the day. There were a couple trip hazards outside such as a hose strung across the deck, a tree down in the back with a sharp point coming onto the deck, and there are nails coming up on the deck. The layout of the house caused it to be loud inside but it was nice and clean.

Stayed Oct 3, 2021We loved our stay in Creekside Memories! The location is excellent, very close to both Gatlinburg and some nice hiking trails. It made a great base for our adventures. The space is larger than the photos appear, there was plenty of room for our family of 4. It's a very well outfitted kitchen, one of the best I've used in a rental. My son loved the game room!! Our only complaints were that the beds were too soft for our liking, and that there is a lot of construction in the neighborhood right now (noisy trucks etc) - obviously that's out of the owner's control. Still I'd highly recommend this cabin.

Stayed Sep 28, 2021Pros: -Near Gatlinburg -Air hockey table, arcade game machine, pool table -Large bedrooms -Hot tub (my kids favorite) -Bear sightings! -Easy check in process Cons: -Dirty floor, towels, and stains (owner reimbursed $50 but honestly we just wanted the floor cleaned again. We ended up doing it ourselves. We noticed after being in the cabin for 5 minutes. Our older kids socks were black and our baby’s knees and hands were dirty. Seemed like the cleaning company didn’t do much to clean.) -Bugs (We had to kill multiple bugs every day we were there, owner said property had recently been treated. I think the more probable explanation was the construction next door) -Construction (Large cabin being built next door. They would start at 7:30 and go until 6pm. Lots of loud music and covered our van and part of the property in sawdust. Would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time as we could’ve brought a fan or sound machine to drown out noises. The construction made relaxing on the deck impossible. Not the fault of the owner just something to be aware of. Decent cabin built into a hill. Any concerns we had were not directly the fault of the owner. We had a multitude of things happen that would make us not rent again (construction, bugs, cleanliness).

Stayed Mar 21, 2021This house was perfect for our family of 6 (3 adults and 3 kids ranging in age from 8-12). The top floor game room was perfect for the kids while the adults spent time outside on the deck. The house is a new build, with many well thought out touches (efficiently placed outlets, nightlights in all the bathrooms, well stocked kitchen with new appliances, plenty of good quality towels provided, comfortable mattresses). The only downside for us was that the headboard in the top floor. bedroom creaks loudly with every movement. Everything else was top notch. Amanda was extremely responsive, though we didn't need to reach out much because everything was so clearly explained before we arrived. As a side note, the road leading up to the house can be quite steep and winding, having large sections without guard rails, so we made sure to take it slowly and I avoided driving after dark. Our goal this trip was to relax and hike in the park and this was the perfect house to come back to after our long days of hiking.
