The beds were very comfortable. The only reason that I gave it a 4 star rating is because the WiFi wasn’t the best for him to do hi s school work. We had an amazing time and we will be back.

We just stayed in Fairmont Chalets this weekend and enjoyed our stay. This is a clean, quaint and dated log cabin that met our needs. We were looking for a way to enjoy Fairmont Hot Springs without being squished in a single room at the resort for our family (two adults and four kids ranging from age 9 to 17). We were able to walk to the resort in under five minutes and cook and eat our meals at the chalet. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had and check-in was very easy.

This was a great place that meet our needs of wanting something that would allow us access into Fairmont Hot Springs but spend time outside the pools together playing games, cooking, etc.

There was one AC unit that did not cool the upstairs down. No ice cube trays to make ice, no bathmat so had to use bath towel, pillows were flatter than a pancake and really needed replaced. Check-in was clunky to say the least. Not worth what we paid for. Misleading that you could use Fairmont Hot Springs. You could access but at the same rate as any non-staying guest. Were also charged for pool towel as any non-paying guest pays.

Simple and easy. Great property manager. Walking distance to the hot springs.

This log cabin is rustic & charming. It’s so close to Fairmont Hot Springs but gives you privacy & a full kitchen plus room to move around. Really appreciated Roberta’s help and kindness during my stay!

The chalet was wonderful for myself, my husband, my daughter and her husband and their children ages 5 & 7 and their small dog. Its a short walk (approximately 3 blocks) to the Fairmont Resort where all can enjoy the pool and waterslide. A daily fee is required for those using the pool but you can go into the pool area and observe for free. A restaurant is located in the resort along with a lounge. A poolside bar is also available for thirst quenching. There are other activities available at the resort such as golf, mini golf and tennis. Or bring your own games to enjoy at the chalet. You will want to bring lawn chairs for extra seating on the deck. There is a bbq, a couple outdoor rocking chairs and a table with 4 benches available on the deck. Inside the chalet is a kitchen equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, drip coffee maker, dishes, utensils, hand towels and dish rags. An open floor concept has a dining table that seats 5 and a breakfast counter seats 2, a couch, recliner, rocking chair, tv, and fireplace. One bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor and a loft with a railing contains 2 full size beds. The bathroom has a stackable washer and dryer and a shower. No bathtub in the chalet we were in. The property manager is right down the road for any questions or assistance. A great place for a family reunion!
