Stayed Jul 17, 2025Cabin was cozy and well maintained but is old and showing wear in places. Hot water tank would run out after a single shower. Wifi was very unreliable and weak. Seemed like a single account that was shared between all five cabins?

Stayed Jan 17, 2025Chalets are in a convenient location next to the hot springs, however, they do not sleep 6 adults as stated. Nightly price is better than the hotel price, but once you add in the cost of the hot springs pass, it's about the same pricewise. The rental was clean and it was nice having some kitchenware, but many things were not working, missing, and/or unsure as to whether they were previously broken and not fixed. Ok stay overall.

Stayed Oct 23, 2024We had a great stay with everything we needed! We were visiting Fairmont & wanted to bring our pup along. It's less than a one minute drive to the resort. Roberta was very responsive & helpful.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024This review is not for the chalet property. We did not stay at this chalet property because the host had a family emergency. But... in her time of personal sadness she went out of her way to relocate us to a condo. The condo was nice, the trip most relaxing and fun, and I am very grateful to Roberta for her efforts to accommodate us when she was unable.
