Stayed Sep 28, 2025The cabin was fantastic and beautiful. The cabin was located near Bryson and at great location. I was 15 to 30 minutes from all the attractions I visited. I cannot wait to book the cabin again soon. I had a great peaceful vacation. The place was clean, the WiFi good, just a great week. Thank you Gentke Bear Lookout, I can’t wait to see you soon.

Stayed Aug 28, 2025Home is well appointed and nice. Lovely kitchen and great room area. True to the photos. The house interior is clean. Outside space had some spiderwebs but still usable. The house stays cool. It is a quiet and peaceful property.

Stayed Apr 23, 2024Gentle Bear is a very comfortable, safe cabin in a great location with good privacy. Didn't see one bear during our 7 day stay and the dogs enjoyed their outdoor activities. Be prepared to drive up and down a steep gravel driveway. We'd definitely rent this cabin again.
