Expansive Mountain Views - Close to Town - Pet Friendly, Fireplace, Pool Table, Deck

Large property , very clean for pet friendly. I would stay again for sure!

Great place for families. The views on the deck are superb. Three levels makes it easy for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking items. Make sure to read through the messages before heading out as the directions they provide are critical.

This place is a great spot with gorgeous views everywhere. Well equipped kitchen could have used a roasting pan but the house had lots of comfort, space, games and entertainment with levels to spread out and relax. We appreciated there were dog bowls and a crate which was a nice to have available.

This is our second time at this property. Although it is pet friendly, it is extremely clean.

This home was beautiful, just as described. The views from the upper deck allowed us to not only view the lake but the snow topped mountain peaks and changing aspens. We encountered a bit of a problem on our end when it came time to check out. The VRBO staff contacted the owners for us, they were very understanding, and we truly appreciated their generosity.

The views were incredible! Within walking distance to downtown which was a nice perk. Plenty of space for our party of 9 and 2 dogs. Management company was easy to work with and quick to respond to our questions.

What an amazing trip we just finished here. The house was wonderful, clean, fully stocked and FUN! Every morning was started with breakfast on the deck watching the hummingbirds and taking in the beautiful sights. Every evening was spent playing family games on the top floor. Outside of one digital pinball game I think that our family (all adults) of 7 spent most of the time on the top floor. The location is convenient to GL and walking was easy. As others noted, you need to take your trash to a central location but its not an issue at all. The hosts made check in and check out easy and we would definitely stay again! In fact- the idea of making this an annual trip was floated many times! Just take your time parking. I kept the SUV at the top of the drive most of the time.

Had a great time! Each family had their own floor with mom and dad upstairs. View of fireworks was fantastic from the deck. Everything went as planned. Short walk to town was easy even for the 2 1/2 year old. House was clean and dog had park right below the house! Would rent again!

We had a great time with no issues. Would stay here again.

Wonderful week stay at this amazing property. As advertised from the photos! Beautiful views of the lakes and mountains from 2 decks. Very comfortable beds and living areas…each of our adult kids took a floor with their own bathroom and my wife and I stayed on the upper level. Street level has 2 queen rooms and basement level has a king room. Upper level has a king master suite, kitchen, dining/living areas. Balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floors perfect for star gazing on the top floor. Perfect accommodations for us and we thoroughly enjoyed this clean and accommodating property. Granby for groceries is 20-30 minutes away and less than an hour to Winter Park…skiing was awesome. Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the lakes and RMNP. 10/10!

The property was perfect for our family. Plenty of room to spread out and walking distance to most everything we needed in town. The kitchen is well equipped, we even made a Christmas dinner as nice as anything we could have done at home. Still close enough to ski at Winter Park but without all of the congestion and crowds.

What an amazing place! The house was beautiful, in excellent condition and had everything we needed and more. The views are spectacular from both decks and the location could have been better. Close enough to walk to town but far enough out of town to feel quiet and private. Property management team was extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay at this place again.

We loved this house...a lot of space for everyone, close to town and the views were fabulous. We spent a lot of time on the upper deck. The kitchen was well-appointed - many rentals for big groups skimp on the dishes/glasses/flatware, and we didn't have that problem here. The beds were comfortable. Surprise hit was the pinball! :) We'd stay here again!

The home has a spacious, a splendid layout that worked for the ten of us. We, the parents of two children along with their own children, two teens, and two under 8 years of age (all girls). The home offers three levels of living. In July of 2024, there are about six hillside homes in this cluster of dwellings. The living space in this relatively new home is well-appointed and comfortable. The house has “ 3 bathrooms (no bath tub) and a powder room. The rules” detailed in the rental agreement can be daunting but DO add a measure of assurance and comfort for the guests. They do not constrict in the sense that current guests gain confidence that the home is truly clean (and not merely superficially so) and is well cared for. If rustic and extreme seclusion is what you seek, you would do well to look elsewhere. The decor of this home is elegant mountain sheik and it offers both proximity to town that has all most anyone would need. The blue bags needed for household trash disposal are readily obtained and give the occupants a real sense and measure of just how much waste we generate over a given period of time. Trucks used for hauling away garbage in a city would function poorly, if at all, in the Grand Lake environs. So steel yourself to the necessity of taking your blue bag to the town dumpsters. The home is situated at the northwestern edge of Grand Lake- just off Grand Avenue with at an elevation of good fifty feet above the terrain.

This is a great house with great space! Bedrooms nicely sized. Kitchen well supplied. Nice number of chairs & table space. Wonderful lower level with pool table & activity space. Great balcony spaces & views from each level! Appreciated bringing a beloved doggy. House is amazingly clean while allowing pets. Needed a kitchen sink check & new batteries for a remote- George was there promptly & helpful. Grateful for this house to be available!

The cabin was beautiful and perfect for us and our teens/young adult children. The separate levels were perfect for letting them have their space and ours as well. The pool table was a big hit. The views from the balconies were amazing! I was able to enjoy coffee each morning and a drink in the evening to wind down. Grand Lake is a perfect home base for trips in and around RMNP! We had a wonderful time!
