A heated indoor private pool is on this level that has a glass garage roll up door leading a private patio area for sunning/lounging. Head on up the open staircase that leads up to the main level, you will find a spacious fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops, an island bar area with 4 bar stools, coffee bar area, and a small pub table for 2. There is a dual coffee maker with Keurig (pods not included).
