The bed upstairs was not large enough for my 6'3 husband and I both so then we decided to use the pull out couch. While sleeping on that we kept smelling something. The bed had a terrible urine smell and we only slept for a couple of hours. The next day when I change my clothes, I realized the smell had gone through my pajamas to my undergarments. I tried to wash them, but the smell would not come off. We tried our best to nap around 9am due to not sleeping all night and there were men going around leaf blowing and doing yard work to all of the cabins so we were still not able to rest. It was not the peaceful quiet escape to the mountains we hoped for so we checked out that same morning and found a different place.

The location was great. The cabin looked nice, but once entered the furniture was worn-out, looks like flea market furniture. Bed was horrible! The cabin was outdated and the pots and pans should be thrown away! Totally dissatisfied we ended leaving after the first night.

Lovely small cabin perfect for a family and their pet. The mountain view was beautiful and the area was breathtaking with lots of scenery everywhere. The surrounding guests were all lovely as well

This place has very low standards for everything. Beds were absolutely horrible. Furniture was like garage sale standard...recliners did not work. Washing machine worked for one wash and then quit. Gnats in the washroom..and light switch behind the door, which is ridiculous. This is very tiny also. My 3rd cabin I have rented In the area for about the same price, I will definitely go back to where I rented previously. This place needs a total redo. Take and reinvest some of the money back into the place so people want to return.

We are happy that we chose this property! Just enough space for my husband and I and our pups! Hot tub and jacuzzi tub were perfect for the wind down after a long tourist day!

This rental is acceptable if one understands that it isn't luxurious in any way. The cabin is older (linoleum is discolored and the layout has some weird quirks) and the amenities are pretty bare bones. But the location can't be beat. Make sure you arrive in the daytime hours because at night it is almost impossible to find. There are zero outdoor lights (they weren't left on for us) and the cabin number is on the cabin (unlike some others that are at street level) so car headlights do not illuminate it. Thankfully the property management company was able to help direct us with a quick phone call. FYI, Google maps also has the incorrect location for this property. We reported it but who knows if it will be updated. Pros: The location is superb. It was nice to feel like we could get away from the crazy of Pigeon Forge. It isn't far from the park entrance. The gas fireplace is really nice. The hot tub seemed clean and well maintained. There is a small washer/dryer in the cabin when the literature only said coin laundry. I appreciated the roll of paper towels even though the fine print in the rental agreement said to bring your own. The management company was quick to bring us batteries for the tv remote because there were no batteries upon arrival. Cons: The cleanliness of the cabin was questionable. At first glance it appeared very clean but I ended up finding a used band-aid back behind the toilet (I questioned everyone in my family about the use of a band-aid to verify it didn't belong to us), grime in the corners, and the master bath tub was pretty disgusting. The jets are gross and there is no way I'd use it. I never corresponded with the actual property owner as it's very obvious the cabins are run by a management company. After completing the VRBO reservation they make you fill out a rental agreement, send them a photo of your ID and credit card, and download their 3rd party app. I really wasn't expecting all that. Speaking of management company, they are very stingy. For 5 days our family was allotted one bath towel each, one hand towel total, one hand soap, one dish towel, one dish rag, one pot holder....and ONE ROLL of TOILET PAPER. There was no backup toilet paper in the cabin. I had to call on Thanksgiving Day to ask for a roll. They dropped off an entire large trash bag of toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry soap. I'm not sure if they meant to be funny or snarky. It came across as really snarky for bothering them on a holiday.

The cabin was clean and comfortable, in a great location. Traveled with our dog, It was so wonderful to come across such a nice place that was pet friendly. I would definitely recommend and stay again when in the area. Thank you!
