Great place to stay. Close to town but out enough to enjoy quiet surroundings. Area was very clean and kept up. Had enough room for the family and really enjoyed our time. Cabin was clean when we entered.
The property is good but has some details that should be improved.
We were really impressed by the cabin. It was very clean and nice. We had a little problem getting in the cabin so we called the property manager. They took care of everything immediately and were supportive and extremely friendly through it all. We will be going back and staying again. Highly recommend
My friends and I wanted to go to gatlinburg for my 22nd bday. This cabin was the PERFECT choice! It was big enough to fit 9 of us comfortably, and we had a blast. Highly recommend!
This cabin was absolutely everything that we wanted. It was close to everything yet far enough away that we were not in the hustle and bustle of everything. It was not extremely high up and it was not on a steep mountain. We had plenty of parking, which was a plus. I read all the reviews before going, and I have to agree……with the number one complaint. The couch is broken. If you plan to use the pull out couch… Do not! Luckily, there was only six of us. We had plenty of space with plenty of beds. The decor of the couches match the cabin, but it is time to update the couch. Many people depend on using the couch to not only sit on, but to sleep on. It was not comfortable doing either. But we survived and enjoyed this little cabin, immensely. It was extremely clean. The beds were sooooo comfortable. The linens were great too. Our family would DEFINITELY book again!!
Cabin was just like advertised. Very close to the parkway and plenty of room for 3 vehicles to park with no problem. We really enjoyed our stay.
This log cabin was an awesome place to escape and rest and relax, especially after a fun day at Dollywood! The beds and sofas were quite comfortable. The accommodations were wonderful. We so enjoyed the swing on the front porch and the screened in back porch where we had our special “quiet times” in the mornings while listening to the creek that runs behind the cabin. A couple things that I would like to have been different….. The carpet on the stairs looked like it was not vacuumed prior to our arrival. There was a considerable amount of loose dirt on the carpet. I looked for a vacuum cleaner, but I did not see one. There was also some dirt and a little trash behind the upstairs bed(empty water bottles). This was a little embarrassing and disappointing since our children and grandchildren all stayed upstairs. The kitchen was very well supplied, except that there were no pot holders to be found. There was only 1 dish towel and 1 dish cloth. I was glad that I had brought bathroom hand towels that we were able to use as pot holders. My suggestions: Please consider providing pot holders, salt and pepper. Perhaps provide a bungee cord to secure the trashcan lid to deter the raccoons. And please throughly vacuum the stairs and pick up the trash behind the bed upstairs. We would definitely stay in this beautiful cabin, again. But I will be bringing more “supplies”, including a hand vac.
We really enjoyed our stay. Great location Very clean Check in and out was great
This property was super clean and spacious. It was close to the town and unlike some cabins in the smokies didn’t have an unbearable driveway. The hot tub and air hockey table were nice additives. I will definitely revisit this location next time I’m in the mountains!
Pretty easy to rent
Pros. 1. Very clean 2. Close to town 3. Nice neighborhood Cons. 1. Bed were outdated and very uncomfortable and pillows were paper thin. 2. Toilets looked like they came out of a daycare center. Extremely small. 3. Could only get one burner on the grill started. 4. Most of the jets on the hot tub did not work or hardly worked. We actually left the night before our actual departure date because of how uncomfortable the beds were. Overall, the cabin was nice, just a little outdated.
