Stayed Jul 27, 2020Everything was clean and in good working order. The main problem was the beds and bedding were the worst I have seen in years. The pillows were 1 think and the beds were 10 years past there lifespan. Never got a good night's sleep!!!!!

Stayed Oct 5, 2017The lighting in the bedrooms and bathrooms really need to be improved. I think if they just put in higher watt bulbs it would be a lot better. The TV in the main living area would not work from remote. The remote would change the channel up and down, but would not power on/off the TV and would not allow you to increase/decrease the volume from the remote. The TV in one bedroom did not work other than come on and stay on one channel. Location is close to the main street of Piegon Forge which was nice and the unit was clean, however it seemed to be dated.

Stayed Jun 16, 2017The cabin was clean, easily accessible but still had a cozy, secluded feeling. The check-in staff were very friendly and explained everything great. The only complaints I have is that the 2nd bedroom TV didn't work. We could only watch one channel, the remote or TV would not let us change channels. Also, the second bathroom only had two towels and two washcloths for our 2 night stay. We had to wash them the first night so we would have clean ones for the next morning shower. Overall, the cabin was wonderful. We will definitely rent from Eagle Ridge again.
