Hot tub had to strong of chemical odors made me my wife and 3 year old daughter cough and sick entire trip was terrible Cobb webs in the ceiling back porch very dirty under chairs bed room in loft would not cool down at night could not sleep very well i use travelocity all the time but don't think I will again the cabin owners refunded $50 due to hot tub i think they need to spend that money on making the cabin better this was the worst trip of my life the gentleman from maintenance was very polite and fixed the hot tub but by that point we were all already sick from the fumes maybe i should contact an attorney we are still coughing and having stomach and throat problems
Overall a good experience. Expected to be secluded by viewing the pictures online but it was still nice.
Cabin 36 was great cabin although I did not expect this cabin to be in a subdivision setting. I was under the impression by the picture that the cabin was secluded in the mountains. The cabin could use some minor repairs (Window Blinds). The cabin could also use updates and bushes to be trimmed but other than that it was a pleasant stay.
This was the first time we stayed in a cabin in Gatlinburg. We usually stay in a hotel. This property was a little difficult to fine. The pictures were deceiving, it looked like it was going to be a little more secluded. It was like a bunch of cabins in a subdivision, very close together. This cabin does not provide internet service. It was surface clean. But, it needs a good deep cleaning and to service a few items in the cabin. I will say it is close to everything. It was nice to stay in a cabin away from the hussle of the city. We always have a great time in this beautiful city.
