ER314- Y'all Come Back Now- Great location- Close to town

Overall this fit our needs as a place to cook a couple of meals and to sleep. However, the pictures online need to be updated as the pictures show a much different house. The house was very dirty, could see cobwebs everywhere, the outside decking had several boards with missing screws and was a trip hazard, the trees are overgrown with no view, the carpet and vinyl is very worn with soft spots. We have stayed at VRBO’s for a lot of years and although they say they have basic items usually are stocked with leftovers from previous stays like TP, spices, condiments but this place really only had 1 roll of TP, 1 dishwasher pod,etc. minimal kitchen items. Only 3 dining chairs even though it slept8. The local book advertising local items looked like a mouse had chewed on it. A few ants were found. Some of the bedding appeared dirty but we had brought some of our own bedding so we used ours. There is a washer/dryer but heating element must be going out as the dryer for a small load took 3 times at 45 min each to dry. Lights in main floor bath flickered most of the time and had a hard time keeping anything plugged in, outlets need looked at. Would not recommend this place.

Great time

The property was not properly cleaned . Hot tub has hunks of stuff floating . What little dishes was there to use was filthy. No lighting what so ever in the hot tub area . There was an earring on the bathroom sink and super glue on the table in the lower level . Do not rent this cabin if your wanting to relax .

Easy! Clean and perfect for a family getaway! Will stay again!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and sent someone to the cabin when we needed anything. However one TV downstairs never worked even after maintenance came out, but the worse thing was no WiFi. Will never stay in another place without WiFi.

Management company was very nice. Location was good. Before we reserved we contacted the owner via VRBO about Wi-Fi and were told the cabin had it, it does not. The cabin was in need of a deep clean. Carpets were stained, furniture had holes. We could not find all tv remotes and some didn't have batteries. The dryer in the unit could not dry a load of clothes. The list could go on of small but noticeable issues. We've stayed at other cabins in the Smokies and all were in better shape. I gave 3 stars because general layout was nice and location was good. No troubles with check in and out and management company was very helpful.
