I'll start by saying customer service was great. A leaky kitchen pipe was fixed immediately and extra towels were brought by when asked for. Check in was easy and check out was seem less. However, the cabin itself needs some upgrades and improvements. The cabin itself was over all clean. The back patio was not cleaned. Very dirty. The hot tub only had 1 working jet even though I emailed to check on the working order after another customer said otherwise, and was assured it was working. They only leave 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per person, and 1 dish towel, and 1 dish cloth for a week long stay of 5 people. This is crazy. Assuming you would want a clean towel to dry off after a shower if you used the bath towel to dry off after getting out of the hot tub. There are NO extra amenities, no pen, no pad of paper, no scissors, no extras of any kind. There is only 1 small skillet with the pan set and 1 small cookie sheet. The eagles ridge site states cabins with Wi-Fi however our cabin had no Wi-Fi which we were unaware of until we checked in. The ad should state select cabins have Wi-Fi. The fire place is a gas fire place with a very low flame on a timer for an hour only. The pictures in the ad do not show how close the other cabins are . you can't even have windows open unless you want to hear your neighbors. Not seclusion or relaxation if thats what you are looking for. Great area if you want to be close to down town pigeon forge area.

crowded cabin subdivision . if you think it's a cabin -in- the-mountains, it's not. also, the hot tub never worked. and from other reviews , that's been the case for a while. they give you TWO towels for a place that sleeps 8. it's not terrible , but definitely disappointing. sorry

The TEAM at Eagle Ridge are awesome, kind, helpful, friendly! When you start with that your stay will be enjoyable. This cabin was clean, great use of space, a lot of fun activities just down the street, while tucked away in a quite neighborhood. The down stairs bonus room had a fun Video Game Machine with classics like Pac Man, that was fun for the kiddos to see how Dad and mom grew up playing videos. So much fun!! The master bedroom was upstairs with a jacuzzi tub in bedroom, bathroom attached. You will be happy about your stay here.

Really enjoyed this cabin but the only thing was the hot tub did not work and there was mold in it !
