Great location! Easy access to Pigeon Forge. Especially loved the cabin was decorated for Christmas, tree and all.
Had a very good stay
We stayed at EL27, the property is beautiful, but there is no view. It’s fine for us because we did a lot of off site things, but if your looking to stay in the cabin and have meals there I feel there are better options. The cabin smelled of dog. Yes , it’s pet friendly and we brought our little Scottie, but I’ve never stayed in a place that actually smelled so bad of animal. The silverware and dishes we we attempting to use were all dirty. Knives and forks right out of the drawer with crusted food on them. We had to hand wash everything prior to using it! The place has cobwebs everywhere. There was a huge one with a spider chilling in it in the kitchen window. Other than the lack of cleanliness, I’m happy with the stay, though I recommend new sheets that will stay on the bed!
House was nice and ready for our check in. Management staff were excellent. Upon arrival there was a urine stain in the first floor bedroom that was fresh and we called and emailed next morning about it as we got in late. The management team promptly sent a carpet cleaning service, which removed the stain, but unfortunately, the wet carpets released quite a bit of urine smell in the entire residence on the first and second floors as all carpets were cleaned. Management was informed of this and they apologized and were very very helpful and no issues there. Hot tub was great, neighborhood was excellent, safe and clean, extremely close to every attraction you could think of. No more than a 30 minute drive Overall, we loved the rental and had a good time other than the smell of urine throughout the residence after the carpet cleaning. We would go again and hopefully the owners may put in some new carpet or LVP.
Had a very good time. Close to town with lots of things to do. Loved the relaxing hot tub and jet tub. Wish we could have stayed longer.
This cabin is exactly as advertised. Very clean and was in a super convenient location to the strip. We had an awesome experience and will be back.
We had an overall great stay. 4th trip to the area, and part of our enjoyment is picking and staying in a beautiful cabin. The great: owner, check in and check out were simple. There was a small leak under the kitchen sink, and maintenance was very quick and professional. The location was amazing for those wanting to be near town, or who want the mountain experience without driving in the mountains to get it. Very, very convenient location. We did sacrifice view for convenience, but it was worth it for this trip. It was our first time traveling in which our kids were driving and going between town and cabin a lot. It was perfect for that. We also got to bring our doggos and we are always grateful for that. What could have been better:. We tend to be somewhat forgiving when staying places that allow pets. It takes a lot of trust for an owner to allow pets around such amazing and expensive properties. That said, there was a very strong smell of urine in the downstairs bedroom, mostly near the closet, but it would get quite strong. We bought some air freshener and it helped tremendously. The other two areas of improvement are more nit-picky. First, there were three TVs, and they all were pretty small by today's standards. Even if the BR TVs were small, a larger one would have been nice in the living area. 2) there was a nice porch swing, but other outside furniture was either in poor shape or very flimsy. We are all on the chunky side and three of the 4 really couldn't sit on the back porch comfortably at all. We tried to start the gas logs, but it wouldn't come on. My husband is usually pretty knowledgeable about that, and he's not sure how they worked. Finally, again, we are very grateful for being able to bring our puppers. But, if you're traveling with dogs, be aware that the on-site dog bathroom area at the cabin was small and steep. We figured out a way to do it safely, but tried to take the dogs to a dod park every day. Thanks for being part of our great trip!!
Couldn't ask for a better location. Wonderful setting, clean, peaceful.
To start, this is weird, when we arrived with our chiweenie, there were huge pieces of steak on the ground by the stairs going up to the main entrance. If I hadn’t noticed and our pup ate them he definitely would’ve choked. Other than that the property is nice. When they say hidden in the description, that’s an understatement. Local DoorDash couldn’t even find us to deliver our groceries for the first night. A few minor things were noticeable like the ice trays being empty, dishes in the dishwasher, the hot tub was ice cold when we got settled in, the kitchen faucet was leaking, and the main toilet clogs extremely easy. The porch lights are motion sensored so it’s a struggle to tell wether they are on or off unless to trip the sensor. The decks could use a good pressure washing due to the sheer amount of spider webs and dirt build up that’s accumulated. But for a pet friendly cabin in the woods with a great front porch view, this was a steal. And it’s very spacious! The showers and jacuzzi were so relaxing and the location is perfect for some pigeon forge exploring. It’s also very close to gatlinburg and so many good restaurants are less than a mile away! We enjoyed our stay overall
The cabin was very nice and clean at our arrival. The bathrooms, flooring and kitchen were all newer. The showers were great. We enjoyed the hot tub. The only thing I would recommend is new couches. Those were very old. It was a great stay and I would recommend this cabin.
My family and I stayed at Bear Naked cabin for a quick little getaway. The cabin was very clean and we will definitely be staying there again. We had everything we needed and it made our stay very enjoyable with time to relax. We have no complaints. It was very nice to be able to walk into our cabin with everything ready for our stay!
