The location is wonderful, you can get to where you want but the traffic is thick always! The appeal of the cabin is cute, But there are some problems. First I fell due to a rug that was like a towel. Had no weight or grips to hold ti floor so I hurt myself badly. The last day we stayed, I spent it in bed. Left with bruises all over me. The first day we got there, the oldest boy stepped in dog poop and it was everywhere in the yard. Called but they had no one to send leaving us to wade through dog crap. The house is dark. Light switches are on remote that is cheap so you can’t figure out how to use them. The second bedroom had no working bulbs so we used the phone light at nite. But the worse part for me was the bed. Comfortable, but it has a large post at the end. So when you turned to walk to your side of bed, you got a bruise. (Out of fairness I do bruise easy). It is to close to the wall. When I said something, an apology was NOT offered, even after I sent in pics of my bruises. The deck is large and very festive! The inside was jolly and cute. The last day we figured out how to turn on the Mattel lights. It was beautiful.I do think the owners tried to the best of their abilities to make it nice. Just a few problems that need to be addressed for safety. If you are in your 50’s or 60’s you may not want to stay here. I got hurt and this has never happened to me on any of our Gattlinburg trips at Christmas. I do wish the owners well.

We stayed 4 nights and did not have a functioning central heat/air the entire time. We had maintenance staff at the cabin almost everyday. On the 2nd day they gave us window units for the bedrooms but there are no windows in the living room and kitchen. Our last night we tried to use the jacuzzi tub and it didn’t have hot water and i just filled it up less than 1/4 and water started coming out of the bottom of the wall next to the tub. By this pointy I just wanted to go home. Management offered to move us to another cabin in another town. We didn’t want to stay in that other area. So they said they would “make it right” but couldn’t tell us what that was until after we had checked out. We didn’t hear from them the day we checked out. We called and had to leave a message the next day. The following day they called and gave a 1 night refund. We will never rent from them again.

The cabin was a perfect fit for our family of 6. It was so close to everything we wanted to do. The area was nice and quite. We had one on the couch, 3 in the kids rooms. My two girls slept on the full bottom bunk. Love the 2 separate bathrooms. Master bath tub was absolutely gorgeous! It was a little hard to find in the dark. Should have better signage. But overall it was a great stay! So close to eveything in Pigeon Forge and short drive to Gatlinburg.
