Stayed Dec 20, 2020Property was very clean and well maintained. only issue was water wasn't real hot but they immediately came and resolved the issue.

Stayed Mar 12, 2022All was good but the beds and heat exchange. We had to close the vents in the bedrooms to prevent roasting, while the living room and kitchen was ice cubed. Beds were waaaay to hard. Thermostat Setting was 71.

Stayed Dec 13, 2020The pictures look much better than the property. The place was dirty. It needed a good cleaning. The carpet was dirty and it really needed dusting. The furniture was well worn and uncomfortable. I couldn't relax while watching the massive 32 inch screen TV. My computer monitor is bigger. We went to Walmart and bought pillows for the beds because the ones on it were worn out and flat. We asked for clean bed spreads and the management company told us they belonged to the owner and we could clean them. I did not enjoy the stay and voiced my concerns to the management company. I would not stay here again.

Stayed Dec 9, 2020This property was perfect for our blended family! The layout of the cabin gave everyone privacy - as well as room to come together. We are always nervous about cleanliness. Even more right now with COVID. So we were surprised to find this cabin so clean when we arrived. The only major complaint we had was the lack of outdoor lighting. We used the gas grill a few times, but needing more light. The washer and dryer unit is super small. So we washed towels a few times a day. But the best part of this property was the location. It gave us the cabin experience - while being conveniently located about 2 minutes from the center of Pigeon Forge!
