The Cabin was spacious, clean and had a nice layout. Two balconies to see the view. The hot tub in the upstairs bathroom worked perfectly for those nights we needed a soak. The master bedroom had a large king size bed that was a good quality. No issues with any of the appliances, accepts the out door jacuzzi. The jacuzzi, unfortunately, failed to warm up to temperature. The jets worked. I hope that gets fixed! Other than that it was a wonderful 6 day stay that we would consider in the future. Let me not forget the customer service and professional staff that did a great job communicating at all times. Thanks for a lovely stay!

However, I went through their welcome book and read that the thermostat was blocked from going lower than 70 degrees. The temperature was 86+ my entire stay and it was miserable at night. I cannot sleep in hot weather and it made the nights miserable. I feel like that this should be a disclaimer as soon as you try to book, I would have booked elsewhere. The last night we left at 2am because I didn't want to go through another miserable night. The reason for the thermostat being locked is the unit can freeze. However, I don't think that should be a guest's concern.

We highly recommend Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals because their reservation process was easy and customer service was super kind--we even received a call from them during our stay to be sure everything was ok. We were checked on when we checked in and after we checked out. The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning and we even got to see a bear up by the pool on our last night! We will definitely book again next year!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pro's...the view, the hot tub, and the pool table were great. The internet was fast and reliable. The master bed was very comfortable.Con's...The inside of the cabin was dated. The carpet and all the furniture was old and wore out. The back door was wide open when we entered the cabin for the first time so that was a bit of a concern, however, it seemed liked the cleaner just didn't latch it well. The jacuzzi was a big disappointment because the hot water ran out before the water was barely over the jets. They need to upgrade to a bigger hot water heater. The fireplace was a letdown as well. It was basically a ten year old insert that gave off a flicker of light. Overall we made it a good experience, but the picture definitely don't match the reality.

Nice dining area and living room. Main king bed very comfortable. Good water pressure. There was enough hot water to almost completely fill the jacuzzi tub. The electric fireplace was nice. Good cell reception. Cabin easy to drive too all roads nicely paved. Literally park right beside your front door. Pool table and foosball were nice. Plenty of linens. Area upstairs where 4-6 kids could sleep in loft. Views from deck were awesome. We wished the wooden partitions were not around the hot tub - they restrict the views just a bit - but I think they are for safety. Porch furniture - mainly the rocking chairs need updated. They are pretty rickety and kind if small but usable. Overall it was amazing worth the money. Felt secluded. The company was so nice and very communicative with lots of texts and emails. I didn’t need anything but felt that if I did they would be prompt to address. Cabin was very clean throughout .

We loved this cabin, the views can be seen from every room in the cabin, everything was comfortable. It’s only 15 min from everything in pigeon forge or Gatlinburg but at night is far enough away that is quiet. I loved the view from this place and all the amenities like pool table, hot tub, and foosball were excellent. Will for sure stay again!

I love the two decks with chairs and a table to sit and relax. The cabin was clean and in a great location. The property management team makes it easy to check in and always calls to check on your day one. We will definitely be staying at this resort again. Highly recommend.

It was a little cloudy/rainy this year, but the fog/clouds make the views that much better. The cabin is in good shape and clean. We always enjoy the hot tub. The cabin has only 1 bedroom with 2 hide-a-bed sofa's and a loft upstairs that could sleep older children. We like to hike in the Park a lot. We hiked up to Laurel falls this trip. We tried to go to Clingmans Dome but the weather was bad up there. We always enjoy the salad bar at The Park Grill and Aubrey's in Sevierville.
