Stayed Oct 17, 2025The hot tub unit was fine. Only issue was first night had no service or wi-fi at all, and that is very important with kids on the trip. It seems as if the unit was not checked that these amenities were actually working but assumption based of a routing signal indicating that service was good. Come to find out the wi-fi was reset by previous occupants and never corrected before we arrived to use the unit. So for the cost of the units I think that was a big issue. Overall, the cabin is nice throughout it's entirety.

Stayed Apr 4, 2025This place was just what we were looking for. A bit off the beaten path but not a far drive to Blue Ridge or Morganton and grocery stores, etc. Be sure that you read the written instructions to the house address because GPS will take you to a different location that actually has the same address. Willow Creek Cabin Rentals is the management company and they are awesome! They will answer the phone and provide you with any information you need. They have a nice touch when it comes to linens, towels and items you need for your stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Based on my experience and four bookings later, I will only book through Willow Creek Cabin Rentals and Donna. She is so nice, very responsive and goes above and beyond. Our girls trip was postponed due to the last hurricane and Donna was understanding and made it so easy to change dates and rebook. On the day of check-out we had the pleasure meeting Justin and thank goodness he was there because my car was so heavy and the leaves were wet that he had to blow them off so I could get up the drive. Thank you Justin!!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Was great, would have been much better if the AC was working. We would still appreciate an understanding of why the AC wasn't working and why the team didn't extend more diligence in followup to confirm the issue was resolved. From what we can tell we didn't have any reachout from the after hours call on Friday evening, and a ~10 hour delay in response to text.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Overall great place and had a good stay, the only thing I had trouble with is there is no services and no where in the cabin with wifi info & the phone didn't work so had to walk up the driveway to get service to obtain that info from the website. Other then that we had a great stay. Thank you and the willow creek team was great!

Stayed Jul 25, 2023Encanto did not disappoint! The house was extremely clean and plenty big for our group of 10. The outside area was great for grilling and eating. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table and fooze ball table. Location was great- in between Elijay and Blue Ridge. Plenty to do for all ages. Would definitely stay here again!
