California Highway Patrol may require chains and/or 4 wheel drive with snow tires during winter and spring months. Please prepare accordingly. Unfortunately, no refunds can be given for guest's lack of vehicle preparation.
Sugar Pines Property Management will be monitoring the property round the clock, ensuring cleanliness and observance of quiet hours, and addressing all your needs.
Due to Covid-19, we are required to perform additional cleaning. Consequently, early check-in and late checkouts are unavailable. This includes luggage and grocery drop-offs. Please kindly plan your grocery shopping/traveling around the 4 PM check-in time. Our housekeepers and cleaning inspectors work all over the mountains, and timing is usually tight. If you need to check in early or check out late, we strongly recommend booking an additional night on the front end or back end of your stay. This will allow you to check in as early or check out as late as you need.
Located in Cedar Valley, a mountain community above 3500 ft, just shy of Yosemite's southern entrance, and 8 miles away from Bass Lake! Plenty of fishing, hiking, and exploring all within walking distance or a short driving distance! You can walk, or drive 2 minutes to the Lewis creek hiking trail. Which has one of my favorite waterfalls in California. It's got great swimming holes to cool off in the summer.
Tons of parking and carport as well for snowy/rainy weather. We are the house to your left at the center of Cedar Ridge Circle North, fenced with Solar Lights and signs of 50925. Please don't drive too fast because deer do frequently cross (sometimes chill) on the rood.

The peacefulness and tranquility of the home and the property will have you never wanting to leave!
Please note: Indoor fireplaces AND outdoor fire pits are NOT allowed during county-wide burn bans, which often occur in the summer and fall months. Outdoor BBQ grills and propane fire pits are allowed year-round.

First, the listing says there are four bathrooms when there are actually only two. The sleeping accommodations are also incorrect. The listing states the living room has a large couch and a pull out couch. There is no pull out couch. Instead there is only a large sectional couch that moves apart since the pieces are not connected to each other which makes it impossible to sleep on it. In the third bedroom, it states there's a double bunk bed, which implies the bunk bed has a double mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top. Instead there are actually two bunk beds. I gave the property management this information and the chance to somehow rectify the situation before I posted this review, and their response was that they corrected the listing for future renters. No compensation or discount was offered.
This property is beaitiful! Well maintained and fully equipped. Communication with management was quick and helpful. Very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub. It is a very nice one. The jets and seats in it are perfect. The game room was very fun. The refrigerator had filtered water and an ice maker. The BBQ grill was gas and very nice. We enjoyed the fire pit as well. The showers were very hot and had good shower heads. The beds are very comfortable with down filled comforter and soft pillows. The tv's are nice and big. The couch has deep seating with plenty of pillows for your back. Being so close to yosemite was also a big plus! We would definitely come back again. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a peaceful, comfortable, fun, family friendly place to stay.
We had a great time. Between the well appointed rooms and comfortable living spaces to the game room garage, we were very pleased with everything!
Very enjoyable stay! Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and game room! Lots of snow!! We hiked and built snowmen… mike was very helpful upon departure due to the weather, he helped us to the main road! We look forward to another visit! Thank you
Everything was as described. Huge, super comfy couch. Very nice to spend time in the hot tub. Kitchen decently equipped. Could use a little better lighting in the living room, but it wasn't a problem. Beautiful, quiet location. Will be happy to come back!
Excellent
I liked the cabin overall nice quiet neighborhood
Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home. We prepared most meals in the house and packed picnics when we traveled to Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks. The trip to Sequoia was a lengthy road trip but well worth it. Yosemite is closer, but plan on driving 90 minutes to get to the farther side of the park. The beds were comfortable in this house. The property management was very responsive to our questions and our needs. We enjoyed hiking on Lewis Trail. We visited the Reimer's Candies and Ice Cream Shop - it's so cute and delicious!
Had a pleasant vacation with family . House was perfect.
This was a great cabin for our group! The room setup was perfect for our 4 kiddos, kitchen was well organized, and the yard was perfect for the kids to run around. The pool table is a fun added touch!
