Stayed Aug 10, 2018Website description says there is a dishwasher, no dishwasher. Don't want to spend my vacation hand washing dishes. Carpet is stained, couch is badly stained and gross to the point I didn't want anyone sitting on it. Management said they could bring a couch cover, instead brought a blanket to drape over part of the couch...ok. Dried pee stain on the carpet. No trash bags for kitchen, no screen on one window...let a bunch of bugs in. Shower knobs in both bathrooms come off when you try to use them. Queen mattress is basically a box spring with sheets, very uncomfortable. Pet hair all over. Outdated TVs, limited amount of bath towels, had to use one towel for 3 people all weekend. If you're looking for a relaxing, fun, functional place to stay in Southlake, this is not it!!
