For the price and size of the room it was expensive. The bed and pull out couch was in need of replacement a decade ago while the couch was covered in digusting stains. The entrance way into the cabin was covered in spiders and spider webs and even the outdoor plastic chairs were covered in mold. This property hasnt had any money invested into it for awhile and I can understand a cabin having a rustic feel but your better off sleeping in a tent.

Cozy little cabin on the water, 1 minute from downtown Lincoln. Was clean and warm when we got there on a cold winter day. It snowed overnight and plowguy was there before checkout at 10a. Would rent this place again.

The place well very well stocked with extra linens which is super nice. Also we had no trouble getting a shovel and broom to clean off the car after it snowed. A couple of things though didn't sit right with me. There was a broken headboard and screen door. I also didn't appreciate that the pool and hot tub were not on sight, you had to drive which wasn't advertised one but. But this was a beautiful hot tub with a nice sauna. Thank you

We loved the location of the cottage. It was near everything we did this week. It was very clean and just what we needed for the two of us. We would have breakfast in the cabin, go exploring during the day and then came back in the afternoon for pool time and dinner. I would have given it 5 stars but the bed was right up against the wall so for two people it was difficult to get in and out of the bed; not really sure it could go anywhere else though. I also would have liked a path down to the river to explore it but it was very rocky. Maybe an improvement for the future. I also would have liked a mirror above the toilet so I didn’t have to squeeze next to the wall in the bathroom to see myself. We did have a great trip exploring the area and the little cottage was great. We did the Lost River Gorge Cave/hike, ate and shopped at Downtown Woodstock (must eat at 5 Main on the River) and rode the gondola up Loon mountain for church (Sundays at 11) and glacier caves. Amazing!

Quaint, clean as could be. Very welcoming. We chatted on the ride back home (100 miles each way). Our first vacation in more than ten years, it could not have been better.

My wife and I stayed in Cabin B. It was just enough room for us. With a small kitchen area and table for 2 that overlooks the river. It’s also off the road enough to keep the road noise down. It was the hottest weekend all year and the AC was able to keep the place comfortable. It’s convenient to all the things to do around the area.

The only disappointment was the lack of local restaurants open. Apparently most restaurants in the area are closed for a two week window around this time of year. You may want to mention this in the ad and propose options that are open.

Great value, super thoughtful touches in the room, clean as a whistle, and perfectly convenient to the sites you want to visit. Small but cozy and the kitchenette is perfectly appointed!

I really enjoyed our stay at the cabin it was more than I expected. It had everything we needed a warm fire, kitchen, shower etc. I was especially impressed that it had silverware and pots and pans as we forgot ours. And the guest pass to the hottub and pool at the end of the was the cherry on top after the long hikes. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Check in was a breeze with door code. Close to Lincoln and North Woodstock. Can walk to Diner and Clark’s. Perfect size for 2 people. Comfy bed and good size bathroom. Right on River. Loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

We love these little cabins and have stayed in Lincoln to hike for years. We hated to give up our old place. But we loved this one more. It's a great place and super easy to access. The Internet is a bit too far away to get any work done. But still, we will be back.

Pool, location, cleanliness and the owner was very friendly and we chatted with her by the pool. Great place and location. Definitely would recommend. We've stayed in cabins A & B so far and we prefer A over B mainly because of the separate bedroom and mattress is more to our liking. Owner suggested we try cabin C wich we may do in the future. We've stayed at riverbank a few times now and are definitely coming back.
