Cabin was in perfect condition. Very clean. Extra towels and blankets. Enjoyed the arcade and hot tub. Convenient to have washer and dryer. Beds were very comfortable. Host responded very promptly regarding question we had.

We liked the place but there were a few issues. The one stainless steel skillet had a large black burnt crusty spot on it which I scrubbed for 10 minutes before using. The fireplace did not work at all. A couple other minor things I can't even think of at the moment. But overall we liked the place.

We enjoyed our stay at Beauty and the Bear tremendously. The Hosts were so nice and made each aspect of the stay easy. They even provided an awesome guide book with suggestions for restaurants, activities and hikes. I have a 10 and a 5 year old and they LOVED the arcade that was in the cabin. There was also plenty of games and books to keep our kiddos entertained. We enjoyed the location...not too far from Gatlinburg but far enough from the crowds of Gatlinburg that we could relax and enjoy the beauty of the Smokey Mountains. The cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed. All in all a wonderful place that we would love to visit again. My kuds actually cried when we had to leave they had such a good time!!

Me and my partner stayed here for a long weekend of relaxation. We loved the location…close enough to all the activities in Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mountain National Park but far enough for some peace and quiet. Thank you!

Our family of four loved our stay here! It was the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to enjoy all that downtown Gatlinburg has to offer, as well as Dollywood. My two kiddos loved the community pool, and the bunk beds were their favorite. Rachel and Jason had fantastic communication throughout our stay, and the cabin was so clean and cute. We also enjoyed the little arcade games, the board games, and the book basket that were all there for us to use in the cabin. The porch and hot tub were perfect... spending mornings listening to the birds were relaxing (and we even saw a white-tailed deer). This cabin had plenty of room, and overall, my whole family gives it 5 STARS!

We stayed at this property for 3 nights with our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) and it was absolutely perfect! The location is far enough from the touristy center of town (an easy 20 mins), but yet accessible enough if and when you want to go. We were looking for some time relaxing in nature and that is what we got! The home itself was spotless. Beds were large and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and there was a sizable dining table - which we notice is usually left out of rentals these days. It was nice to actually sit down and enjoy meals together. We really appreciated the detailed guidebook that answered any questions you might have about the area. We were mostly there for the National Park, so appreciated the hiking and driving recommendations provided for us to make the most of our limited time. We loved the bear decor! We had our own bear encounter while out hiking, and our kids got a kick out of how wonderfully the home was decorated. Split Rail, Cobbly Nob and Hungry Bear were all recommended for dinner by the host and we really enjoyed these casual, close and locally owned restaurants. For fun we tried the Moonshine Mountain Coaster and Hillbilly Golf. We used the community pool every night and the private hot tub on the back porch after the kids went to bed. The views from the front porch were perfect, and since this home backs up to the woods and is built on the highest point in the community, there was plenty of privacy. We’d love to come back someday!
