Stayed Apr 17, 2025Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. The jetted bathtub downstairs had black mold in all the jets and the shower head didn’t work properly. Very outdated with all appliances-dishwasher cover fell off every time we opened it. Both toilets were coming off the walls. After contacting the rental company they were very rude and unprofessional, I asked for my cleaning fee back since it wasn’t cleaned properly and never heard back. Will not stay in another pinnacle property.

Stayed Jul 2, 2024This is a great location. With the bottom level having tv, pool table and 2 bedrooms this was perfect for families with teens/kids. The only negative is that the tree line needs to be trimmed. The pictures are older and show more of a Mountain View than what you see when you get there. Overall, it is a great place.

Stayed Jul 9, 2023This cabin is beautiful! The views from the deck are unbelievable. The inside is cozy and comfortable. The drive up to the cabin is fun but we would recommend all wheel drive. And it is so close to Helen, which offers a ton of things to do. Our kids each had their own space and had a blast. We would stay there again!
