So close to Glacier!
The proximity of this cabin to Glacier was so convenient! The cabin is well maintained, and the bed is very comfortable. Highly recommend!

New cabin.. Cozy cabin with queen bed, sitting area with TV, bathroom, kitchen includes: pots and pans, stove, plates, bowels, silverware, cups, coffee cups, wine glasses, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot.. BBQ on front porch with seating area.. Cabin is located in a wooded area.. Nostalgic sound of BNSF train in the background.. Come enjoy the great outdoors and play in my backyard, Glacier Park!
Just letting you know:
Vehicle reservations go online March 2 for Going-to-the-Sun Road and the North Fork area and can be obtained through www.recreation.gov
Cute little cabin, comfortable bed, nice kitchen with all appliances, reasonable bathroom. a couple miles from the main road, but ok. The only problem was the TRAIN - tracks VERY close and train seemed to come every half hour - hour 9 am until 1230 am, blowing its horn at the nearby crossing. If you don't mind trains, this is a great little place. Host helpful and lives nearby
Host was excellent in communications and replying to all questions. thank you
My friend and I chose to stay here because of it's proximity to Glacier National Park. While the space is small, that was perfectly fine for us because we knew we would be outdoors for most of our stay. That being said, this was a great place to stay! Kathy was very accommodating and responsive! She gave us suggestions on what to do and made sure that I got reservations for the park. It was a great place to be. It was clean and had everything that was listed online. This is perfect for 1 or 2 people to stay while visiting the park and surrounding areas. I will definitely look into staying here again next time I'm in the Glacier Park area.
Cabin was fine for 2 people. Some problems with internet and TV service. Wish location was better. No scenic views. Lots of construction work and trash around cabin.
The Eagle’s Nest was perfect for our short stay and trip to Glacier National Park. The location is great and the cabin had everything we needed!
Overall, nice property if a bit smaller than I anticipated. Cabin is very near train line that made sleep and relaxation difficult. Entire structure vibrated with noise when a train passed by, waking me up several times.
The cabin overall was quite small but clean and tidy. The only exception was the presence of a number of short (1-2 inches) dark hairs in the bedding. The neighborhood included a number of trailers, and nearby train tracks with frequent traffic and nighttime train whistles.
The property is surrounded by construction trash on all sides. The neighborhood is an RV-hood. The curtain rods sag. There was only one option for a bed cover. There were no handrails in the shower. There were no railings on the front stairs. There were no lamps beside the bed. There were only overhead lights. The coffee pot could not be turned on without turning on the overhead lights. But the worst thing that happened was when I slipped into bed the first night I felt something sharp scrape my leg. I turned on the light and found a crusty thing, probably a food item clinging to the bottom sheet, perhaps a potato chip or oatmeal flake from a granola bar? I scraped it off. It looked like there was a little fat discoloration on the top sheet corresponding to the location of the crusty thing. ICK. Not nice. Sheets were very wrinkled, so I HOPED they were washed and dried in a too heavy load of sheets that had not been folded. But you think that the person who made the bed would have discovered the crusty thing.
Convenient to park. Easy rental process.
Clean and cozy, with a super cute bathroom and AC! Close to GNP. It was everything we needed.
The cabin is clean and in a good location near the entrance to West Glacier.
Place had a perfect location for the west entrance of the park and surrounding national forests. Hosts were extremely kind and helpful when asking about recommendations in and around the area. Surrounding area had a lot of debris from the work they were doing on both cabins. There was no fire pit which was slightly disappointing, but not the end of the world. Cabin was perfect size for me and four year old daughter and would definitely return to this location.
Great locations to access the Going to the sun road. The cabin was just what we needed!
