Everything was great!!! Cabin is as listed with an extra bonus…..downstairs had a game room with a foosball table and ping pong!!! Loved the stay and the location was great too near Gatlinburg and grocery stores/restaurants. Would definitely be back!!!

Dirty wore out couch. Missing towel bars in the bathroom. Washer broken. Toaster not working. Cheap dining table.

Quiet area with beautiful fall colors. You don't get a mountain view however its in a good area and 10 mins away from Gatlinburg, and 15mins from PF. The property managers were very responsive and answered within 5 mins of a text. A few things were wrong at the cabin, we had to use the fireplace a lot since there was a strong burning smell coming from the furnace (why we texted the property managers), the washers agitator didn't work so I had to ring out all the clothes by hand, and the hot tube made our daughter sick.(the works) We should have known better bc hello its a hot tube used by who knows, but she was so happy to swim in the hot tube. We loved the down stairs kids area which was very unexpected and the overall cabin is perfect for a small family or two couples.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and comfortable. Good location. We saw 2 bears playing around outside our the cabin. We enjoyed the hot tub and we will hopefully be back to rent again.

We enjoyed staying in the cabin for the week. We would recommend this cabin for others to vacation in the smokys. We do wish we had another dresser in the upstairs bedroom, but the space was great. We wished there was a welcome booklet with some pamphlets of the area, but it was easy to google some fun things in the area. The cabin was stocked with the basic necessary kitchen items. We were able to cook breakfast in the morning and went out for lunch and dinner. We were scared about the door locking at 10pm for security and we were u aware of this! It was no problem to message them and the owners let us know right away it was a security thing.

We absolutely loved this cabin. I am a type A neat freak and we really couldn’t get over how clean everything was. The cabin had fun games for our toddler, all the items we needed, the shower was great and loved the hot tub too. It felt like a homey, clean and modern cabin. The location was also perfect to easily get to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but still had stuff around to do that was close in the arts and crafts village. I don’t typically go back to the same place but I would go back here to stay! Only minor suggestions would be to secure the bedroom carpet. It shifted quite a bit when walking on it, especially with a toddler running around. Also the mattress was not awful. It seems newer, but could be better (very soft so you sink in).

Cleanest cabin I've ever stayed in! Very well kept property. Kitchen was missing a can opener but it was more than equipped with everything else one would need while staying there. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

My wife and I booked this cabin for a week-long stay for our 10-year anniversary. We were excited to find a place that seemed modern and without the cliche plaid curtains, black bear decor, and heart-shaped hot tub. However, when we arrived, we discovered that the power had been out for the last two days and had just been turned on within the last few hours. There was a large puddle of water under the freezer door, and the freezer itself was warm. This wouldn't have been a big deal if we had been notified earlier, but I had to report the issue to find out why. Another thing we loved about this place was that it was pet-friendly. We wanted to bring our dog along for the trip (even though they aren't allowed on pretty much any trail in the park). However, not long after we arrived, we discovered multiple pet stains in the cabin. There were several on the rug in the upstairs bedroom and one on the downstairs bed. It appeared as though the cleaning crew didn't even change the sheets, and the stain was soaked down to the mattress cover. My wife immediately pulled everything and started washing it while I texted AvantStay. I finally got a response from them at 11:30 pm. To their defense, they did refund the first night of our stay. Other than that, the location was decent. It wasn't too far away from downtown Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge area. The hot tub was great, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the fireplace was nice.
