Stayed Jul 24, 2024We were 24 people for a family reunion- everyone had a great time. House is exactly as pictured Management is very responsive to service requests. Location is deceptive - yes you are less than 10 miles from towns- but on mountain roads - so at least 30 minutes even for groceries Not much of a view- it’s in a development with about 20 other rentals You will have to bring everything and I mean everything from toilet paper to hangars to salt and pepper

Stayed Jul 22, 2023Our family stayed at this property for a week in late July 2023. The house was exactly what we needed. The only drawback was the construction across the street but, even that was relatively minor as they only made noise 9am to 5pm.

Stayed Jul 13, 2023I stayed here for a family reunion. The house is very nice but cheaply built and it shows. Arrival went fine except they did not send the code for the door on time, and when I called they claimed that someone else had already called and received it. That was not true and my family remained outside the home. Management claims that if the house is ready early they will let you know and there is a possibility you may get in earlier. My family arrived over an hour early, no one remained cleaning or working on the house and I did not receive early access. If you get there early I would call the office and ask for early entry because the office will not call you. There were 40 ppl who stayed in the house and the garbage was not picked up for the entire five-day stay, despite us calling for three of those days. The neighbors, however, were run by a different company, and their garbage was picked up daily. Their garbage man took some of ours out of pity because it was lined up across the porch. When I called, the receptionist said the garbage ppl were handling a garbage emergency. I'm not sure what constitutes a garbage emergency for 3+ days, but I think our garbage did. The view is lacking. There were only six parking spots for 12 bedrooms. The dishwasher on the left was bent, and the one on the right started leaking water. The bar door sticks badly. The freezer broke, but someone came out the next day to fix it. The futons are dirty, with tons of crumbs inside the creases.
