Stayed Sep 3, 2025The hot tub was 80 degrees when we arrived and took a long time to heat up. Once it got up to temp we realized the inside had a lot of stains and weird marks that were black on the inside of the tub. The hot tub should be replaced.That was the only downside to the cabin. We enjoyed the pool table, games and just relaxing.

Stayed Jun 24, 2025Hot tub didnt work well (very lowed powered jets) and errored on temperature, a couple times. It would be way to small for the 10 people they say fits:2 on pull out couch2 on futon Queen and bunk beds in on roomKing in other bedroom10 people would not be able to all sit together for meals.Multiple lights out outside. NO closets. The sitdown game system didn't work properly. WARNING neighbor does not like dogs. They have a camera pointed at the yard to make sure you dont have the dog loose.

Stayed May 30, 2025The property itself is great! However, the location is not! It’s located in a “resort” but there are also full time residents within the property. The people within the “resort” are NOT friendly at all nor are they dog or kid friendly people. Multiple individuals were very rude to me and my family. The property owner was amazing and was very helpful when having to deal with these not so friendly individuals. However, I would never stay in that area again when visiting Sevierville. There are so many other rentals to choose from! This property was NOT cheap to rent for a week vacation and I would have loved to of had a better experience.

Stayed Dec 20, 2024We had an amazing time staying here. Everything my family could want and need all wrapped in one package. The pool table and hot tub where a hit along with the games and even dog toys provided for our puppies. Very clean and comfy. We will return for sure for future stays.

Stayed Aug 28, 2024No sidewalk or grassy areas where dogs are welcome. Long walk to pool area and to lake. The cabin itself was very nice. Not as clean as we had hoped and no place to hang your clothes and could not find an iron.

Stayed Jul 14, 2024We stayed at Baby Bear Cabin for 3 days this past week. We really loved the decorations--they were so cute. There were all kinds of nice amenities. The cabin had so many nice things, marshmallows, flavors to add to coffee (there's a Keurig there with coffee), treats for us, a really cute thank you keychain, lots of dishes, pans, pots, glasses, etc., spices and even some food. There were plenty of towels in the cabin, and it was clean. I loved the location--it's away from all the noise of Sevierville/Pigeon Forge, but it's only a 15-20 drive to town. I would stay here again.
