Stayed Nov 23, 2025Nice host, place was clean and well kept, comfortable. Had an issue with a small leak in the water heater and they came out immediately to help. We would stay here again.

Stayed Jul 2, 2025This home was wonderful for my family with grown children. It offered plenty of together time while also providing privacy for each couple. It was beautiful, clean and perfect for our vacation. We were visited by 6 different bears, so be careful to take all food in, including the grease trap from the BBQ. The only caution I would offer is the driveway! Be VERY careful with that turn and the steep incline of the driveway. It can easily damage the underside of your car if you take the turn to tight. Overall a beautiful place to stay!

Stayed Aug 1, 2024We had 4 couples so the set up was really nice having 4 king suites. The steep stairs are no joke though, especially after drinking all night! No coffee filters or salt and pepper provided, just fyi. Location to gatlinburg is amazing! Takes only 5 min to get to the strip. We did feel kind of unsafe sitting on the deck and in the hot tub because bears would literally just wander up to the house all day and night! We saw bears every day.
