Stayed Sep 18, 2025This place worked out great for our families who wanted to visit Dollywood and the Smoky mountains. Great location, nice big space for the kids to play and all of us to eat at the dinner table.

Stayed Nov 21, 2023Smokey’s Bunkhouse was the perfect place to stay for our multi-family trip to the Smokies. We had 3 families with kids ranging from 1 to 15 years old and it was a great fit for everyone! Close to town, Dollywood, WalMart, but secluded enough to feel far away. The property is very quiet. We loved the kids being able to sleep and play downstairs. Relaxing in the hot tub was great! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. You do have to walk through one bedroom and a shared bathroom to access another bedroom, but it didn’t cause an issue. Communication was great, cabin was clean and as described. Would stay again and would definitely recommend!

Stayed Apr 5, 2023We did not stay - did not even get our bags out of the car. Grass was knee high, landscaping (tiered planter) had hazardous metal pole and plate, wagon used for decoration in the yard was falling down and hazardous for smaller children to be around, surgical type gloves laying around, hot tub smelled and had a sandy substance in it. The bunk beds were not stable and shook when my grandchildren tried to get on them. There was a water leak in the basement floor. Mattresses had stains on them. Borer bees swarming the back entryway, decking needs stained, main entry door has rotting door jam, trim missing which exposed rot and other debris. Not a good experience at all. Property was not as represented on VRBO. Property owner was upset that we contacted VRBO customer service and kept sayin I wish you had contacted me first. He had his “third party” inspector look over the property and they said it was clean and in good order, even after we had sent pics of some of the issues. Nothing like being called a liar! Will be going through customer service to seek a refund since the property owner didn’t care and took our money for nothing! Thank goodness for a local agency that cares and has integrity that helped find us a suitable place to stay.

Stayed Apr 2, 2023This property was very clean. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge but also just a short drive from Dollywood. The space was perfect for our two families to have privacy and time together.

Stayed Mar 5, 2023I stayed here for 4 night with 9 friends, 10 people total. The property manager was very friendly and very easy to contact. The cabin was very clean. The checkout instructions were clear and very reasonable. We found the price great for what we got. We enjoyed being far enough away from the main road to feel like we had space to ourselves while also not being too far away for the days we wanted to go out and do stuff. The only thing I would mention is that the driveway is indeed very steep. We had no problem getting up and down it, but it is something you should be aware of if your vehicle doesn’t do well with steep roads. Regardless, me and my friends had zero problems and I would recommend staying here.

Stayed Dec 16, 2022Beautiful cabin in a nice private location. The layout is unusual but with family works well. The house was very clean, one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in and I’m very picky. And the owner was helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again. Location is also good for access to pigeon forge, gatlinburg and hiking trails.

Stayed Jun 11, 2021Overall pretty good experience might be priced a little higher compared to other comparable Lee priced houses that are larger in the same price range. Located in a moderately convenient location with Dollywood and other attractions within a short distance. Definitely would be interested in staying here in the future should I return trip to that area occur
