Located just 80 miles east of downtown Los Angeles, this family-friendly mountain cabin, just two miles from Lake Arrowhead Village, is perfect for a relaxing escape from your busy lifestyle. On the top floor, you'll find an open great room with a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and an adjacent dining area with a table for six. There is also a living area with a leather sofa, a TV for streaming your favorite channels, a digital piano, and a wood-burning fireplace for those chilly winter nights. Step outside onto your furnished deck and enjoy the sights and sounds in the surrounding pines while you show off your barbecuing skills on your private gas grill. On the very bottom floor of this home, kids of all ages will enjoy the comfortable bunk room complete with a second TV, dart board, and a convenient wet bar.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The good is it was in the budget, had newer appliances and most of what you need for a short weekend trip. When we arrived the garbage was open and a mess across the deck parking pad. We cleaned it up. The house does not have AC that a tenant can access thru the thermostat. It was super uncomfortable and hot. I did not contact the app. It is a tri level home with steep stairs and my senior dad had a hard time going up/down to the bedroom. His room was missing a window screen so he wasnt wanting to open the window as to not let bugs inside. Both bedrooms on lower level had ceiling fans but strings were ripped off so I had to stand on the beds to reach the tiny string to change speed and turn off light. Cob webs on sill of windows in diningroom and both bedrooms. I took vacuum out to sweep up a bit and vac was completely filled with dirt . I had to clean out the vac and wipe it. Location was ok. The stream behind the property was nice to listen to. If you have dogs they dont have a place for them to go except a street where other dogs owners did not pick up after their pets.
Owners even left a bottle of fizzy juice and chocolates for us
Great views from all floors and surrounded by lots of trees and closely located to Sky Forest. Just what we needed.
Hear mountains walk up the street view of the Lake Clean house ? village wasn't to far to drive to . For us to many stairs. We are little older. We Loved the place for our first time out. Thank You
It isn't the most updated or fancy space, but it is quite functional and was a great getaway for us to work remotely. The street is quiet and a short walk gives you beautiful lake views.
