And when it's nice out, fire up the gas barbeque on the big deck and grill your meal out among the pines.

2nd time staying here. Very comfy and cozy.
Here are some details that some might find helpful from my August stay: This house has a single mini-split in the living room that is the only cooling source for the home. For the most part we were able to place the provided fans strategically around the house to move air. The loft stays pretty warm, even with fans. Opening the window at night wasn’t a great option up there because the screen had holes (bugs/moths came in). We used cold washcloths at night for my kids to be able to fall asleep. When intense wildfire smoke blew in, it found ways into the house (we were sure that all doors and windows were closed, but there must be other ways it got in). We woke up one morning coughing and the house was hazy inside from the smoke. I bring this up because if wildfire smoke blows through, staying inside to wait it out may not be an option for you depending on your smoke tolerance. We ended up leaving early because my family couldn’t handle the level of smoke inside the house. We had burning eyes/throats and my kids couldn’t stop coughing. If you are concerned about cooking with scratched teflon I’d recommend bringing some pans, but there was a great cast iron pan in good shape and a well-stocked spice cabinet. If you make smoothies I’d recommend bringing your own blender. Beds were comfy and the shower water pressure was good! All in all, I would definitely visit again outside of fire season. It is a lovely house. It’s just a gamble during fire season.
We loved having dinner while looking at Mount Jefferson and gazing at the starts from the hammock at night!
This home has a great view of Mt. Jefferson towering over the Black Butte meadow and has a nice deck with plenty of chairs to enjoy it.
Great deck, bright and light inside, and open floorplan. My extended family rented 4 cabins on resort. Our cabin was smaller, but my favorite because of views, wrap around deck, and more private. The other cabins were dark inside. The only thing I wish the cabin had were bikes because you can get anywhere in resort on bike paths.
Very good view of Mt. Jefferson. Great location. Well stocked. Comfy mattresses. We all enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
Fantastic views and great location.
Great location. Nice set up of bedrooms. Amazing views. Good parking area.
Loved the small view of Mt Jefferson, and the meadow.
Our family enjoyed staying at the home for the week. The view off of the back deck of the meadow and mountains is gorgeous and there is lots of deer that move through the lot to enjoy viewing also.
