Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home, excluding a few owners closets.



The Neighborhood:

Indian Creek Boat Ramp is available for your use to bring your own boat to this property. It's located just 3 miles from this property. We recommend to park your trailer at the boat ramp. The driveway at the cabin is steep. When traveling with a boat or a trailer, you will need to park the trailer at the boat ramp. There is not enough space to turn a boat trailer around in the driveway of the cabin.

* Local Fishing License is required by state law to fish in the area. License can be purchased online or purchased at Walmart.

* Must be 21 to book. All guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

* Please note that the lake is drained from approximately October 1st through Labor Day. These dates are not guaranteed.



✔️Amenity Disclaimer

Our cabins are packed with entertainment, arcades, gaming systems, theaters, and more which are designed to make your stay unforgettable. We work hard to ensure everything is in great working order prior to your arrival.

However, with the high volume of amenities, occasional issues can happen, sometimes due to prior guest use or unexpected malfunctions. Please understand that refunds are not available for non-working amenities, but our team will always do everything possible to resolve any issues quickly. In some situations, repairs may require parts to be ordered, which can extend repair times.



✔️ Important Lake Information:


Our property sits on a beautiful TVA-managed lake, where water levels naturally rise and fall throughout the year. During drought conditions in the region, lake levels will be lower than normal. If that happens the dock may not be fully floating, and boat access directly from the dock may be limited until levels return to approximately 983–984 on the TVA gauge. We appreciate your understanding that lake conditions are naturally occurring and outside of our control.
