Deck, Fire Pit & Pool Access at Poconos Retreat!

The home was beautiful and clean. 5 STARS

Didn't use pool or restaurant onsite. Several inconveniences during our stay including front door lock that is need of being replaced, non user friendly thermostat that appeared to be locked when arrived, solar television remotes and issue with no tv last 24 hrs, tv upstairs unable to be unlocked with user block, no window coverings on main floor, including bathroom/shower.

We stayed for a long weekend with our 2.5 year old and the place was great, even a little play area outside and lots of room to run around. The welcome package with snacks and wine was especially nice after a long trip. We’d definitely stay here again!

My friends and I were looking for a cozy place for a relaxing girls getaway and Ruth and Robert’s place was just that and more! The house was beautiful with great attention to detail. The place was stocked with the things we needed to make meals and we even tried out the fire pit for some s’mores. The beds were comfy, and offered a great nights rest and plenty of furniture to sit and relax. Shawnee mountain is 15 mins away for some fun in the snow and a grocery store really close by so we had/ could get everything that we needed. Ruth was very attentive, checked on us throughout our stay and was very responsive if we had questions. I would stay here again and again!

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy home. My 6-year-old loved the trampoline, even in frigid temperatures. We stayed during a week when the community amenities were limited and when the weather was bad so we mainly hunkered down inside, cooking, reading, playing games, and having movie nights on the couch. The home looks just like the pictures. The hosts were communicative and always available.

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful house and the owners made our stay very easy and comfortable. We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay again.

My family loved it !

We planned a little getaway for my sons birthday since he loved the area. The home is gorgeous, and the hosts are even better. Upon arrival we saw they’d hung a Happy Birthday banner for my son which was so touching. He loved the detail. The house was perfect for our needs, well stocked and clean, the fact that we could use the amenities on the property was a bonus. The kids enjoyed the pool nearby. They loved the trampoline, the hammocks, the fire pit. We tried to make use of everything. We had a successful stay and impressed our son which was the point of the trip. Thank you for helping me celebrate my sons birthday. We made great memories! Will definitely use them again in the future.

My ex husband (kids' father) passed away 2 years ago and his family enjoys an annual get together. It is always good to see everyone and I normally will get a home for my immediate family. A total of 10 people stayed at another home but we like to be able to return to a quiet 'other home' to take a break. This 3 bedroom home is comfortable and attractive and provided us with the necessary room and quiet. The people who own or manage the property were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The place is well-equipped.
