The house was everything that we were looking for! The views were beautiful and relaxing, and we loved Hiawassee. Wonderful place and would highly recommend!

I have to say the host was so accommodating and friendly when we got there the place was spotless. The view was incredible and relaxing and very clean. I will definitely book again.

We found the cabin to be very comfortable and very clean. Everything we needed gor an enjoyable stay was included. The location was convenient. The kayaks included were thoroughly enjoyed by our young men as was the hot tub. The Host was responsive to issues and was very helpful.The snow was a pleasant surprise for us Florida folk.

This lake house was perfect! The view is amazing. The house was a great fit for our family. The kitchen was stocked well, the hot tub was ready and hot for us and the water pressure in the showers was...chefs kiss!

Booked this lakeside home for a fun fishing trip!Loved that there’s an extra slip for guests. Parking the trailer in the driveway was a challenge, but we managed it. The house is on a dead end road and on a tight turn in the road ((note for boaters)). GPS kept trying to make us go around the “loop.” There’s not a loop and no turn around.Everything was amazing! Perfect views inside and outside. Fully furnished kitchen, comfy beds, great hot tub, lots of birds. The smaller bathroom shower is tight, but there’s an entire other bathroom with a full size tub/shower. We enjoyed our stay!

Karen was an excellent host! When a snowstorm was predicted to hit the area, she contacted me immediately to ask if we wanted to reschedule. She was always available via phone, text, or Vrbo messenger. The house looks just like the pictures! The lake was frozen when we arrived, but it thawed just in time for my husband to do a little fishing the day before we left. The hot tub was nice to relax in. We want to come back during the summer so we can really enjoy the lake!

Great place! We were there during Christmas and it was quiet and calm. It sits right on a lake and would be great during summer as well!

We absolutely loved the dancing breem. The house, the property and location were perfect. The interior is immaculate. The outside spaces are very nice.

House was as described, clean, with well stocked kitchen and baths, great view of the water. Had hoped to take advantage of the outdoor spaces but the weather was… well… late November. Still enjoyed bundling up, watching birds and deer. Very comfortable and cozy. Host was always available. Definitely recommend this location and home.

Karen, our host, was phenomenal. Her communication with us was quick and precise. The property was really nice. Everything you would need was in the home.It was very quiet and relaxing.

We absolutely loved staying at this wonderful Lake front home in Hiawassee Georgia. Our favorite rental so far there. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Beautiful furniture and decor. The furniture was comfortable. Gorgeous views from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. The home is in a great location close to restaurants like Marina Station, Wild Hawg and Brothers. Peaceful. The owners were both great. We would stay there again. *****

Dancing Bream was such a great stay in Hiawassee! Our one night while passing through the North GA Mountains made us want to book another trip very soon! Not ideal for 3 couples as all of the bedrooms “connect”. But for a single family or two couple and kids it’s a great spot. My daughter loved the beautiful dock and deck space! The hosts were excellent and very helpful! We will definitely plan to be back and take full advantage of all of the Lake has to offer!

Truly can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms all near each other for our family of small children to feel safe (also a gate we could close had we had smaller kids to keep them from going to the lake alone). Nice living area and kitchen. Deck and dock were awesome! We really hope to come back.

Incredible and perfect for the weekend getaway. Honestly so much room could’ve had more people easily.

Great place and great location

This was our second stay at this perfect Lake House. The owners are amazing and so receptive and prompt. We brought my elderly parents this time, as well as our dogs. The lot is nice and level with new stairs to the amazing dock. Also, the dock has sloped stairs into the water for ease of access. The house is all on one level. The rear wrap-around porch is fantastic for watching birds and the quiet cove. We highly recommend this house!

We loved the property and view of the mountains. The home being on the lakes cove felt very private and best of all safe for our Grandchildren. Our host Karen provided enough swimming vests for everyone. We also enjoyed fishing and kayaking. we can't say enough about the views from the home itself and the beautiful deck, just a lovely home with everything we needed. Our thanks to Karen and Vince for sharing their home and we hope to return next summer. Carol H.

Spent the full week outside enjoying all the lake/property had to offer! Great views while enjoying morning coffee or sipping a cold beer while grilling dinner! The property has it all. Looking forward to next year renting this place again!

This house was exactly what i needed! A great location, beautiful view, and great dock for enjoying the water. It was just me and my two dogs and we had a blast!

House was nice and clean plenty of room to sit in the deck and enjoy the lake with a nice fire pit area. Dock was very nice and easy access.

The house is a little older but super clean and comfortable. The dock/boat house is very nice and great to fish off of. The owner is great at communication. We enjoyed our stay!

We went during spring break—my husband and I, our teenager, and his friend. The location on the lake was perfect, and the house was fully stocked. Literally anything that you could need is stocked for you. We fished a lot. We only caught a few, but the boys still had a blast. I would definitely go back in the summer when we could take better advantage of the lake.

This house is nestled on a quiet street on a narrow, southern arm of Lake Chatuge. The house is very nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The dock is beautiful. The area is safe and very pretty. The host is fabulous to work with and very quick with communications. This is a beautiful spot and I highly recommend.

Beautiful 3 bedrooms with King Beds.large living room. Huge Deck.Very clean and nice furniture. So much to do in town.Hot Tub is a bonus.Karen is very nice and always available for questions good advise of restaurants.

The house is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. We lived the hot tub, boat house rooftop, firepit and all outdoor areas. Proximity to Helen and lots of outdoor activities was a plus. We will definitely be back!

My husband, daughter and I stayed here for a long weekend. We LOVED the place! It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The double decker dock had amazing views and the kayaks were fun to take out. The hot tub was great and the fire pit was a nice size. We just bought some wood at the local Ingle’s. We all had a great night sleep and found the neighborhood quiet and lovely. Gorgeous views all around! We definitely plan on coming back!

This property is all about location, location, location. The lake was wonderful and the weather was absolutely gorgeous. However, the house was much smaller than we expected. I'm not sure if the ad listed the square footage of the home or not. If it did, we missed that part. The guest bathroom shower is incredibly small. I've been in campers that have bigger showers. There are 3 bedrooms, but 1 of the bedrooms is in the middle of the other two, so you have to go through one of the other bedrooms to get to the main part of the house. No privacy for whomever stays in that bedroom. My Mom killed 2 roaches in the master bathroom while we were there. That kind of freaked her out. I would not rent this property again.

Great time

From the house back, the property is fine, but the front yard is nearly non-existent. We enjoyed our stay. and caught a few fish off the dock.

I don't know where to start. The cleanliness was so exceptional and the view was so remarkable that within 20 mins we extended our stay. We rented a boat from Lake Chatuge marina. Outstanding staff (Shout out Susie and Eli). We also brought our paddle boards and used the host house kayaks. We had excellent weather the entire week, so we realize that helps with the over-all experience. In town is a great local place Tilted Cafe, you could eat all your meals there! It has the best vibe! There is also a fresh market in town that fulfilled all our fruit and veggie needs. Most of time was spent on the water but we felt so comfortable in Karen and Vince's home. The decor, the art, the amenities, the attention to detail (those bed side baskets💖). Vacation time is so very important to reset. It will be wonderful to have confidence every time we book book book
