Stayed Aug 4, 2024I could not use the television at the home to watch the Olympics! I called the property manager who said she would speak to the owner and get the cable bill paid. She said she would get back to me. She never did. I tried to call her twice more. No answers to my messages. Really disappointing that Olympic week.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had high hopes and expectations for the first ever (and to be annual) Grandpa Camp with the two youngest grandsons. The cabin is well located.Hot water is plentiful. However, we could and did write our initials in the dust.. There was a large rolled up carpet in one of the bedrooms on the first floor. The second floor toilet leaked all over the floor when flushed. Window screens are missing or torn. While sleeping seven, it seats 4-3 comfortably inside. There is no place to enjoy a meal together except on the deck. The split units that provide AC were broken (a portable was brought in). There is a serious lack of lighting in bedrooms. Other guests clothing was left in wardrobes and drawers.

This was a lovely home- very well stocked and very comfortable. Excellent kitchen. Good location in the center of the ranch and close to rec center, pools, tennis, etc.

I had to wash all the towels because they did a smell good. Additionally, different eating venues that had advertised being available were not at various times, and there was limited availability to get two spots.
