Relax in a cabin in the woods close to small towns.
Overall it was very comfortable and the amenities were nice.
Peaceful!
We enjoyed our stay, the only thing that I honestly didn’t like about it was the parking area. Make sure you are not driving anything big.
Reasonable pricing didn't like that both bathrooms were on top floor, but overall very clean and very nice.
The cabin itself was so cute and peaceful.. perfect for a couples getaway. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and we enjoyed the board games in the living room. It was overall clean except for a wad of black hair on the shower liner. A loose nail was sticking up on the threshold of the bedroom balcony. We tried to bend it downward to avoid injury. However, our biggest complaint is leaving the cabin. It is rough terrain and we really feel this should be better disclosed in the listing!! Each time we left the cabin, it was a source of anxiety. I drive a front-wheel drive SUV and let me say.. IT STRUGGLED!! The ground is uneven with loose gravel on a hill at the driveway. I feel like my review is full of complaints and that is really not the case. We enjoyed our time away but be aware of the trek to get to this cabin. We would have been better suited to have driven my husband’s FWD truck
Would have been a 5 star rating, if motorcycle accessable. The cabin itself was a 5, however the road up to the cabin was gravel and steep. We trailered our bike up. It was very difficult maneuvering our trailer to and from the cabin. I didn't not see in the advertisement about the gravel roads.
The cabin itself is very nice. I like the layout and the size. For two it is perfect. Having a king size bed and full size kitchen appliances were great. The two drawbacks I saw were the road which is awful. You need a four wheel drive vehicle is a must to reach it and get out safely. It took us 7 try’s to get up the hill outside the cabin when we left today. Tires spun in the gravel and car slid sideways. The second thing was the bedspread did not smell clean. The linens on the bed were and all the towels were clean. The bedspread is too big to wash in the stackable unit so it will need to be dry cleaned.
I had pretty much everything we needed. Just a little more dishwasher detergent would have been easier since we cooked a lot. The small garbage bin was small & 1/2 filled when we arrived, no place for our 2nd bag of trash..
We really enjoyed the cabin.
