Stayed Jun 23, 2025almost everything was perfect. several lights in home didn’t work. and the refrigerator was not cold enough. had to put perishables in an ice chest. luckily it wasn’t a long trip. but when it was reported they sent someone to fix, but that wasn’t until next day and we were leaving the following morning. overall a good stay.

Stayed Dec 26, 2023The property is well located, comfortable, and has many good features, but it is not maintained to the standard as advertised. Some areas were very dirty, and some of the furniture was not as advertised. Some lights were not working, and three of the four high-lying electronic blinds were not working. Eventually, the fourth one also stopped working. Upstairs the rooms had the air vents sealed, and so the rooms were very cold. The spa bath in the main bedroom could not be switched on since there was a lot of black muck coming out when we tried. On a side-note... the beds are extremely soft, and so someone with a bad back will have to beware. Despite these issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The pictures accurately depict the home. It is spacious and lovely. The kitchen is well appointed for inside cooking with a nice BBQ outside for grilling. The beds are comfortable and the 2 master suits have ceiling fans. Not much outside space for children to run around but my grandchildren loved the loft with TV and video game. The adults loved the sectional outside around the gas fire pit. The 4 stars are not for the home but for Destination Big Bear. Check in information wasn’t up to date so we arrived to early and we weren’t given all the information we needed to access the home at check in. We were not notified that a cable service call was scheduled but when we had an issue with the refrigerator they did respond very rapidly and resolved the issue. Minor inconveniences and we would rent this home again.
