Stayed Dec 29, 2025The cabin was in good shape. The lower level bedroom was extremely cold, with the upper level set on 71 degrees. Location was deceiving showing close to the Old Mill restaurant, its not.

Stayed Jun 18, 2022Wonderful place! I emailed with a couple questions when we arrived but got no response. I figured out that the email and text I received had the answers I wanted. The hot tub took two days to heat up but then was great. The fridge could have been a lil cleaner but wasn’t horrible. The table on the outside porch has nail clippings on it, which grossed me out. But overall, I would go back!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Property well maintained. Rooms were a tad dark and could use more lighting. Master Bedroom very roomy but could use a ceiling fan. Location to Pigeon Forge was great.

Stayed Apr 3, 2021First of all book through eagles ridge if possible. You will deal directly with them and you literally pay 140.00 just to book on Vrbo! Overall cabin was nice. Downstairs was extremely cold regardless of upstairs temp. I’m sure once it gets warm the opposite will be in effect. Dryer does not dry, did not have enough towel or washcloths for a family of 4 for 4 days. Otherwise loved the cabin and the location is super close to pigeon forge at the island Just wish I had known at booking that it was NOT on the river!

Stayed Mar 5, 2021The cabin was amazing and exactly what we could have asked for. It was clean and well taken care of. The only feedback I can offer is the downstairs bed had no comforter on it and the one I believe was a comforter in the closet was not clean. It needs to be washed. It was not a huge issue as we brought one with us. In addition, none of the three phones which were hooked up worked. We have mobiles which worked so no real issue there either. Neither of these things impacted my stay however and I have nothing but great things to say about this stay. I would gladly (and will) rent there again. Thank you for a great stay and a great experience.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Eveything was great,the whole process. We really got to enjoy a family white Christmas with snow in the mountains. Beautiful cabin that fits our needs,and soo close to Eveything you needed.

Stayed Aug 7, 2020Great cabin! Very spacious with privacy. We have two teenagers however we were able to to have our our privacy away from the kids and still have family time during our stay. We recommend this cabin and would definitely stay there again
