The Home
This charming 800 sq/ft A-frame cabin blends classic mountain character with thoughtful modern updates for a comfortable stay in Breckenridge.
The main living area features a cozy open layout with comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, and a wood-burning stove that keeps the home warm and inviting during the colder months. The kitchen flows easily into the living room, creating a relaxed space for gathering after a day outdoors. Granite countertops, stocked cookware, and essential appliances make meal prep simple and convenient. A washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen for guest use.
Upstairs, the spacious loft includes one queen bed and two twin beds, separated by a privacy curtain. A TV is positioned in front of the queen bed area for added comfort. On the main level, the sofa converts into an additional sleeping space for extra guests.
The bathroom has been recently renovated and includes an updated walk-in shower with modern finishes.

The stairs leading to the loft are very steep, narrow, and off-center (typical of an A-frame design). They may feel unusual at first and are not suitable for pets or anyone with mobility concerns. Please review listing photos closely before booking.

• This home does not have air conditioning. Mountain temperatures typically stay cool, especially in the evenings.
• The wood-burning stove serves as the primary heat source. Guests should be comfortable starting and maintaining a fire during colder months.
• 4WD or AWD vehicles are strongly recommended during winter due to snow and icy road conditions.
• Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway.
