The Home
This charming 800 sq/ft A-frame cabin blends classic mountain character with thoughtful modern updates for a comfortable stay in Breckenridge.
The main living area features a cozy open layout with comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, and a wood-burning stove that keeps the home warm and inviting during the colder months. The kitchen flows easily into the living room, creating a relaxed space for gathering after a day outdoors. Granite countertops, stocked cookware, and essential appliances make meal prep simple and convenient. A washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen for guest use.
Upstairs, the spacious loft includes one queen bed and two twin beds, separated by a privacy curtain. A TV is positioned in front of the queen bed area for added comfort. On the main level, the sofa converts into an additional sleeping space for extra guests.
The bathroom has been recently renovated and includes an updated walk-in shower with modern finishes.

    Really enjoyed our visit at this property. The location is very close to a trailhead that we hiked up to a couple times and is connected to an extensive trail network.

    We had an absolute blast! However due to the weather we did have to cut the trip short but the team was awesome to work with in making sure everything was squared away prior to our early departure. We have already talked about going back in the summer to enjoy the property differently than we did this time!

    Loved our stay at the cabin! Space heaters and stove provide plenty of heat. Stairs are tricky but there’s a good handrail. Used the laundry multiple times and really appreciated all of the dishes and utensils available in the kitchen. Loved it and was a great value. Things were neat and tidy and thoughtfully folded and bonus: the microwave doesn’t beep repeatedly when it’s done! Awesome place.

    The kids loved the layout of the house with the loft bed area. The living room was cozy, especially with the wood burning stove. I am familiar with those but if you’re not it might be nice to have some brief instructions available. It was a little cold in the loft but it was 0 degrees when we were there which is unusual. All the amenities of home in a quaint setting! There are some games there if you want to keep your kids off of their screens ?

    It was exactly what we wanted for our elopement! Close to town but felt far away. Creek right in the backyard with bench was perfect for morning coffee. Bed was comfy. Heater on front patio and the fire pit were great! We loved it and will be back! Thank you for letting us stay!
