Great location , nice cabin, only issue we had was the bedrooms are both upstairs and we struggled with that due to health issues. I suggest updating the description to include that information for future guests.

Cabin was nice. Would have been nice for the screened in porch to have been just screens and not completely closed in. Had 1 minor issue when we got there after hrs Sun night called and left a message and they said would call back within an hr of business hours. They never called we finally had to call again late Mon afternoon but then they did take care of the issue right away.

The home was very easy to find. Very peaceful location. The home was well stocked. We loved having the fenced in yard for our fur babies to be able to walk around and enjoy the outdoors. Just a note: both bedrooms are upstairs so if you have mobility issues this is not the cabin for you.

Our stay was okay. Not horrible, not great, just mediocre. We were promised a fenced in front yard, and that was not the case. They let me know 2 days before our trip it was gone. That was the main reason we booked this cabin. But there was no time to change anything. They did give us a small credit, but it did not make up for our inconvenience on our vacation. Our labrador puppy got loose multiple times. The hot tub smells weird and we couldn't use it the first 2 days because it was put on sleep mode. The single cup coffee maker spits grounds into your coffee. And there is no seclusion at all, you're surrounded by other homes on every side in pretty clear proximity. But the cabin was clean enough, the beds were very comfy, and red door was quick and responsive to our issues.

We stayed here back in May and found this to be very good place to stay. We liked it in general and we also liked the location. I would certainly give this place a recommendation as a worthy place to stay. Overall on my own scale I would give it about 4.3 out of 5 stars. No complaint though.

This is an adorable cabin with about the most ideal location you could ask for if you don't want to be in the middle of the touristy stuff. It's right off the main road in Wears Valley with no steep driveway, but far enough back at the end of a dead end that you don't hear any traffic. Not a single car came to the end of our road the whole week. It feels very safe. The front yard is mostly fenced which is great for kids and dogs. We loved the front porch. If you want to do outdoor activities like creeks and rivers, this is a perfect location. You're just a few minutes from Metcalf Bottoms, the Townsend Wye, and the national park. Cades Cove is an easy drive. It's also very convenient to get into Pigeon Forge. Creekside is not really accurate. I couldn't tell where the creek was from the photos, but I trusted that there was a creek. We were visiting from Florida and having a creek on the property for the kids to play in was a big draw. The creek is down a very steep hill and is not accessible from the property. You have to go through a neighbors yard to get to it and you can't hear it from the cabin.

Nice place, with everything you could need. Loved the outdoor spaces and screened in porch area. Also nice and private as it’s the last cabin on the road so it was great.

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was exactly as listed and clean. Great location as it was just off the road and the last house in the back. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking, dishes, and glass wear. Gas station is across the neighborhood entrance and dollar general, a food truck spot and a few restaurants are just a minute away. Highway location perfect access for pigeon forge and gatlinburg. Far enough away but close enough to explore. Didn’t use the fire pit because of the burn ban. Had a pretty severe storm our last night and felt secure. Loved our stay and hope to be back soon.

Cabin was NOT CLEAN upon arrival like it should have been. Several different things we found that showed us the cabin hadn’t been throughly cleaned in a long time! Clothes dryer was also broken upon arrival and would only dry on low. We had 4 adults and 1 child so we spent alot of time trying to get clothes dry. All appliances should be working at all times, this is the responsibility of the management company to make sure all appliances are working properly. This management company oversees 90 properties so they have a big job to do but they MUST DO BETTER. So let’s talk about communication now, I received a text 7 of the 14 days we stayed telling me what to do to keep the pipes from freezing. I appreciated it the first time BUT there was WAY TOO MANY REMINDERS of the same thing. I guess they thought we were stupid. The cabin was in a beautiful location at the end of a street in Wears Valley. It was just ok nothing more. We probably wouldn’t stay here again.

We absolutely loved this house. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. The location was perfect. I liked that it was at a dead end, our dog is not a people person so it was nice that we didn’t have a lot of traffic going by all the time. We will definitely be back.
