Very noisy at night being 50 yards from street! Too many hot rod motorcycles and trucks! River was very clean and soothing. Easy to go to sleep! Except for the street!

We absolutely loved the creek behind the cabin, there was a great area for our daughter to pay and dig in. Very close to everything! Bring a float to float down the creek. Only thing missing is a washer and dryer but we survived without one.
