RESTORATION CREEK Cabin (privately managed with NO extra resort fees) is a secluded, modern, custom cabin, strategically located on creeks and nestled under oak, hickory, and towering pine trees in the heart of Hochatown. Located in convenient Timber Creek Trails, you are just minutes away from Broken Bow Lake, Beaver's Bend State Park, and Mountain Fork River...yet, it feels like you are miles away from everything. A true hidden gem…a visit here will restore your soul, yet provides plenty of activities and entertainment for the whole family. This peaceful and luxurious cabin sleeps 10, and features new furniture and décor!
Downstairs are 2 KING bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and brand-new linens. Each private room has its own jetted tub, 42-inch flat-screen Smart TV, and a set of double doors leading out onto the large back deck. Downstairs, you will also find the 2 bathrooms with large walk-in showers and rain shower heads. The well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms resemble a 5-star hotel. This cabin is perfect as a romantic retreat for any couple looking to escape the high-pressure busyness of life.
Upstairs is the Bunk Loft/Game Room, complete with air hockey table, 40-inch flatscreen TV, and custom built-in BUNK BEDS for 6. Also, a comfy kids reading nook with books and games to choose from. Perfect for traveling with kids or additional friends! This cabin will comfortably sleep 10 in beds.
The substantial back deck features a 6-person HOT TUB, outdoor gas fireplace (seasonal), lounge chairs, grill, tv, and dining table. Down the steps at one end of the deck, you will find a fire pit to enjoy s’mores and roast marshmallows with your friends and family! At the opposite end of the deck, in the grove, there is a play-set for kids to enjoy, corn hole, and a horse shoe pit. While lounging at the center of the deck, enjoy the peaceful view of the creek and towering trees. You will love the soothing sound of the trickling creek when water is flowing. When the creek is dry, the gorgeous slate slab bottom is revealed…exploring the creek and collecting rocks is a highlight for kids and adults alike! Both the grove, and the dining area are lit with sparkling lights.
The gourmet KITCHEN includes custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a porcelain farm sink, and oak butcher-block counter tops! The LIVING ROOM includes stylish new furniture and a 46-inch Smart flat-screen tv that offers free Hulu Live with access to a range of options including, Netflix and Disney+ to name a few. Also, a gas fireplace (seasonal) to keep you warm and toasty during the cold-weather months.
The property has plenty of easily accessible parking to accommodate your BOAT and multiple cars.

***The hot tub is drained, cleaned with bleach, and filled/chlorinated prior to each guest's check-in. The guest may request the hot tub be cleaned during their stay for an additional $50, due at the time of cleaning.

-buy your groceries at home and bring in a cooler to save precious relaxation time once you are here! Big grocery store is Pruett’s in Broken Bow. There is also a Mountain Man Meat Market as well as a Walmart for the very basics and a new Market/Candy store/Spa/Boutique just north on 259.
