Great host! Clean and comfortable beds. A few hiccups but Marty was all over it and took care of everything. He answered all responses immediately and communicated everything perfectly. We will definitely stay there again.

Great experience overall. Marty had excellent communication before, during and after our stay. Property was as described. Would love to stay again!

I had a great time and loved the area. House was a bit older than I thought and parking, since we had a trailer with ATV's was a little bit of an issue. But if you are looking for a larger home where you can meet the family and enjoy each others company this is perfect. We went to the lake close by there and they have forest close by for riding our ATV's. So we had lots of out door activities to keep us busy.

We really enjoyed our stay and the property manager Marty was very helpful and accommodating. I thought it was closer to Christopher Creek but actually between there and Forest Lakes which was perfect! More to do and the areas beautiful!:

Our experience with the house was not good. Upon arrival, the house was not cleaned. Rather than admitting and taking ownership, the owner claimed they thought the booking was canceled or they didn't expect anyone to come. After communicating back and forth, the owner said the cleaners would come. The cleaners arrived late after we were already in the house, which made the experience awkward. In general, I would rate it higher, but because the house wasn't clean upon our arrival and the owner lacked responsibility by blaming the customer, others should be aware to avoid the same bad experience.

Property was nice and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet. Would book again.

I would not recommend staying at this VRBO property. The cleanliness of the place was absolutely atrocious. The sheets on the beds were stained, so I had to strip them and clean them myself. There were bugs all over the floor, and the carpets in the bathroom were so dirty and stained that it looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. The bathrooms were a nightmare, with toe nail clippings in the shower. The furniture upstairs was broken and falling apart. The Wi-fi was intermittent, and the coffee pot was broken. The towels smelled like they hadn't been cleaned, and there were no extra towels provided. Overall, the furniture throughout the house was disgusting. To make matters even worse, the pillows on the beds were stained and unhygienic, adding to the discomfort of our stay. The mattress covers had yellow stains on them, and the comforters were dirty and had noticeable stains as well. It was clear that the cleanliness of this VRBO property was severely lacking. The air hockey table was broken and there was nothing for the children to do. When I messaged the property owner to address these issues, his response was dismissive and unapologetic. He simply suggested that maybe the property wasn't the right fit for us and offered a full refund for us to find alternative accommodation. I strongly advise against staying at this VRBO property. The numerous cleanliness and maintenance issues make it an unsuitable and unpleasant place.
