Cabin eas so comfortable, i really wanted to hide away till Spring! Veey well appointed. It's like they anticipayed our every need. We loved coming in from the beautiful area and warming up by the fire, watching movies, playing hands and cooking dinner. The game room was a nice bonus. Decor was so nice.
Peaceful neighborhood with other houses close by, the creek is so enjoyable.
Our family of 5 with our dog stayed comfortably for 5 nights. We had everything we needed to have a perfect Christmas in mountains- even snow! The groundskeeper was very helpful and friendly! We will be back.
This cabin and its decks were perfect for our family. It sits in the woods with only 2 more cabins. It is nice a secluded which is what we were looking for. It is very peaceful and relaxing.
We stayed for 4 nights. Cute & clean cabin. The caretaker and the cleaning lady are very nice people. The caretaker lives in the 1st cabin & that gives you a sense security. I was worried about no cell service, No biggie we had great wifi and a land line phone. Sitting on the deck over looking the creek & enjoying peaceful sounds, was so relaxing. One of the best getaways, from the daily bump and grind of everyday life we have ever had.
Upon arriving we were a little disappointed. There was trash all over the house. A burger patty on one of the tables in the bedroom upstairs. And dishes in the dishwasher for us to put ip along with clothes in the dryer to put up. Not impressed. We ended up taking pictures of everything so we didn’t get accused of leaving a mess. The screen door is broke too. The beds are not comfortable except for the twin beds. The king size bed sunk in and my daughter and myself ended ip almost rolling off in the night. We were there 6 days and would have loved to unpack our suit cases but the closets and drawers are full of someone’s clothes. Never stayed somewhere that had peoples clothes in the closets and drawers. It’s NOT alone. There’s 2 other cabins on the property close! The care taker lives there and they rent the other one out. We brought our dog and we were all playing in the creek and the care takers dogs came running up barking at all of us. So we ended up having to keep our dog on a leash in the water because of it. Not happy about that! Richard is extremely nice the caretaker. The cabin could use some updating for sure. The couch is not comfortable to sit on so don’t plan on doing a lot of tv watching and there’s only 2 tvs that have cable or a roku stick. The master bed has dvd only and the upstairs king has no tv. The kids absolutely loved the cabin! Playing upstairs and playing in the creek! We had a wonderful time! It was a bit disappointing at first but it grew on us. Defiantly need some updating to keep up with the newer cabins but Other than a few things it was a great stay! We all ended up having a great time and would probably stay again.
It was a nice week! We loved the creek & hiking!
The cabin was amazing. Clean and comfortable. Wish we could’ve stayed forever.
This cabin is adorable with a gorgeous veiw. The property caretaker is kind and easy to reach. The property owner called to check in with us and make sure everything was good. This is our second trip to the property and it was just as lovely as the first
My wife, my sister, her husband, and I had a wonderful time in the cabin. There isn’t much I would change, but some of the pans need to be replaced. The caretaker introduced himself and assured us that he would help in any way he could, and he did. He even kept us with a steady supply of firewood. The owner called us soon after we checked in and let us know he was available anytime we needed him. There were a few roaches, but I imagine that may be a part of that type of environment as the house was spic and span when we arrived. If we decide to do this in Tennessee again, we’ll definitely think about returning to THIS cabin.
