Great Up North cabin in a serene and peaceful setting nestled among the trees along Little Pine River. Two single kayaks and a few tubes are available for you to use, or sit in a chair in the river and cool off. Enjoy the views and sounds of the river and wildlife while sitting by the fire pit, on the cozy deck or in one of the 2 screened in porches, or take a stroll down the quiet dead end dirt road. If you feel like being more social, Crosslake is only about a 5 mile drive.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved the layout -- roomy and spacious rooms - felt as though we could have had twelve people and still not be on top of each other. My wife and I had a very relaxing time and we appreciated the welcome from our host - Tennelle.

Stayed Sep 22, 2025What an absolute treasure. Surrounded by lots of trees, very few neighbors and a view of the river. You’re still very close to crosslake and all it has to offer. Sit inside one of two screen porches and listen to the river babble. The beds were very comfortable and well as the living room seating. Very well stocked with everything you need. The hosts have thought of lots of details to make your visit comfortable and welcoming. Super easy check in and great communication from host. Already thinking about my next visit.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025We relaxed and lucked out with no one nearby the first night. We had a lovely visit from Kimber. We spent so much time in the screened in balcony bird watching. It was perfect.

Stayed Aug 22, 2024What a wonderful place to relax and recharge for a few days! The cabin with clean and comfortable (especially the bunk room) with a well stocked kitchen. The river is easily accessible, clean and cool, and a wonderful place to spend an afternoon. Appreciated having AC as an option when it got very humid! Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 1, 2024We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was very spacious and well stocked clean. We enjoyed tubing down the river near the cabin and they trip to the nearby towns for ice cream, restaurant and gift shopping. We enjoyed bonfires in the evening and playing corn hole in the spacious yard would definitely recommend
