Lovely property, we had a wonderful stay!

This cabin was wonderful! We had a fabulous Christmas of 2023 enjoying all the space that included both privacy and room for family gatherings! The hosts were very helpful in quickly answering our questions. The holiday and bear decor only added to our stay. The hot tub was divine after a day of Dollywood. We hope to return in the coming years!

The cabin was the perfect size for the 5 of us and could have easily accommodated more guests comfortably and had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfy. More than enough storage to unpack and make you feel at home. The location was great for visting Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The drive to Townsend to visit Tuckaleechee Caverns was even reasonable. Ann and Lou communicated very well and made everything super easy! I would definitely recommend this cabin and would stay there again.

My wife, daughter, and 2 grandchildren, ages 7 and 11 stayed in the cabin. It was very clean and attractive. My grandkids loved the hot tub and the Bear's Den which is located downstairs. We enjoyed the fire pit each night as we made smores and talked about the day. It was a great family time!

Hard to believe this is a rental! Ann and Lou were great with communication. The cabin is so clean and doesn’t feel overly used. The deck with the hot tub is so nice. Can’t wait to go back again!

Very well maintained and managed property, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has a large family. The attention to detail and the decor is amazing. Very nice place to stay and I would do it again.

We very much enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving! The hosts are so kind and have great communication. The cabin itself is perfect for a family and the outdoor deck with the hot tub is the perfect place to spend the evening. 10/10 for the whole stay!

We weee in town for Jeep Invasion. The property was beautiful and very comfortable for our group. Plenty of parking and a nice charcoal grill for cooking out.

We stayed and had two small kids which means thet mop all the floors. This was an incredibly clean and well kept rental. Will definitely stay again.

This property and the hosts offered the best experience that I believe is possible. From the beginning, the hosts were great at communicating and upon arrival at the cabin it was clean and inviting and smelled great. It’s the perfect location situated evenly between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge with convenience stores in between. It’s quiet and private which adds to the experience. The Bears Den adds a separate living space if you are with friends or family and desire more privacy. In our case, we had young kids and appreciated the added privacy from the main living space. We have decided to make the trip annually and desire to rent this cabin each time if it’s available. Thank you to the hosts! Very kind and hospitable.

This cabin deep in the woods did not disappoint! We were much closer to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and The Great Smoky Mountains than we had expected. The property was very clean and organized. The property managers and/or owners were very kind, informative, and responsive.

This cabin was better than we expected. We spent a lot of time on the patios. We even had a bear come to the cabin and on our road one day. The cabin was well stocked and pretty comfortable. Our only complaint was the ants in the kitchen, I killed so many I don't know where they were coming from. They are huge carpenter ants so the traps were too small to catch them. Other than that we loved the place and would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your home.

The cabin was beautiful and immaculate. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. They were so organized with information about the cabin, local contacts and things to do. This will be our place to stay when we are in the area again.

Wonderful place to stay, great communication with the owner. Place is just a short trip to all the attractions, but you can't tell that when you are at the cabin. It's quite and you feel like your all alone in the world. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It is very clean and everything feels new. It's decently stocked with expected amenities and very convenient that all the bedrooms have their own full bathroom. The location is serene and secluded, about 20-30 min to attractions in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge depending on traffic.

We headed to TN for Spring Break and had an AMAZING time! Cabin was perfection for our family! The whole process from booking to arrival was easy and we were provided with helpful information for our stay. Ann and Lou go out of their way and it was appreciated! It was amazing and relaxing. It was far enough from everything but also close enough to get to everything. The outside porch area was where we spent a lot of our time playing games and hanging out. Everything was modern and updated. Super clean when we arrived. Felt safe having the alarm available. Such a fun time and we look forward to the next visit.
