This was a lovely home with a beautiful yard to relax in.

Wonderful stay. Sitting on the porch in the backyard was a real treat. Property was extremely clean and well equipped. The backyard is ideal for a dog. We loved taking walks in the neighborhood. Thanks for a great stay.

Great location. The house was clean but the outside needed attention. We felt the dining area seating was uncomfortable for eating meals. We didn't find the foam on top of the mattress's comfortable sleeping.

The property was in an excellent location and a wonderful neighborhood. The backyard needed some landscape maintenance but we enjoyed sitting out there anyway, also tall weeds in the front yard by the road needed attention. We are not dog owners so we did smell an odor from the sofa, just needs cleaning. We are going back at the end of August and hope for the best.

We had to reach out to the contact when checking in, they were very responsive, and all was resolved in 20 minutes. The house was comfortable and inviting. Everything was clean and tidy. The backyard is really wonderful! The beds are comfortable and a great selection of pillows! The coffee bar was nice touch. There were different spices and staples like flour and sugar. Aside from pots and pans there wasn't cookware like a crockpot or casserole dish. A second ceiling fan in the main living area and a desk for working would be nice. It's a great neighborhood. Our friends have a home close by and we visit a few times a year. If this place is available, it's where we will be!

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay in this cabin. It was perfect for our two small dogs. Everything was clean and up to date. The no shoe policy was pretty easy to adapt to once our gear was unloaded. Enjoyed beautiful days and evenings. The no a/c was not an issue as the ceiling fans worked great. The smart TV- you need to be pretty familiar with these and I wasn't terribly good at it. That said we spent a lot of time outdoors so not too big a deal.

Enjoyable stay with our two doggies. Back yard is plenty large and well fenced so they could roam around. Property was exactly as advertised. Easy check-in & no problems whatsoever. Smart TV is cool, but nothing on it- glad I brought FireTV stick. Would be nice to at least have some kind of local/broadcast TV for news & stuff. But wi-fi is good, it all worked out just fine. Highly recommend. (no communication with property manager needed)

The cabin was as advertised. Completely fenced yard, clean, quiet. Close to stores, lakes, hiking trails. I attempted to reach the property manager one time, but her voicemail was full, hence the 3 star rating. We'll stay there again.

Great little neighborhood and home for a family of 4! They yard was great for our boys to be able to go outside and run around. everything was clean and comfy!

Beautiful area in the pines in a nice neighborhood and only a few minutes from town. The house was a little smaller than we expected, but it was super clean and had everything we needed. Master bed and bunks were comfy. Sil and daughter said the queen in the 3rd bedroom wasn't comfy. Backyard was spacious and beautiful. Other than the one bed issue, we enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed having a shoe-free house, as that is how we live at home too. The backyard was great for our dogs and very peaceful for us. The lack of AC was fine once the windows were open and the ceiling fans were going. The only issues for us were no spare trash bags or sponge for the sink, that we could find. Also, the hose in the backyard may need a plumber. It leaks from before the fixture making it unusable. Minor issues for us but worth noting. We loved walking the dogs around the very peaceful and nice neighborhood with the tall trees everywhere providing shade.Communication with property management was not attempted until after 5 pm but the voicemail was full so it was not possible to leave a message.

The property was nice and we loved being in the snow.

The pictures look a lot better than the actual place. This cabin needs a lot of care and maintenance, the front porch and back patio are not well kept, seemed they havent been cleaned in a while! Similar for the inside, needs a lot more care and cleaning.

Excellent place to stay, with our dogs, while visiting family.

Really enjoyed escaping the city and enjoying the fresh Mountain air, even walking around the neighborhood was magical.

This property was perfect for dogs! The fully fenced yard made it possible to be outside and enjoy Pinetop's great weather while the dogs played. The cabin was very clean and well appointed. 5 out of 5 stars for this host.

Nice, quiet, walkable neighborhood. House was very clean and organized. Nice yard for our two dogs, fully fenced. Only issue we had was dealing with the Evolve Guest Representative who never answered an email, text or phone call, despite our repeated attempts to reach someone with two issues that we had. Our only recourse was to text the owner directly.

Beautiful home in a picturesque neighborhood, just as advertised. Clean and well maintained. What made it perfect for us was the fully fenced backyard. Secure and safe for our granddaughter and the dog ?. Will look forward to renting this one again.

Home was clean and well-appointed of amenities. Location is close enough to town, yet just far away enough to feel like you are in the forest.
